The staff was very nice. We got a nonsmoking room, but as soon as we walking in our room the room reeked of cigarettes and the bed sheets had cigarettes burns, it smelled like cigarettes the whole stay. There was still trash in the drawer from the previous persons.

they didnt let me stay in hotel. claimed that they didnt find my reservation. i want a full refund. intried getting ahold of your customers service but they also couldn’t find my reservation.

Property was overbooked no vacancies and also the next hotel was booked

They said the were over book and had cancel my reservation but I never receive a call or email I arrived at the hotel at midnight with my family expecting to rest only to find out they had cancel my reservation due to being over book. How disappointed and upset I was and I still have not receive my refund

Didn't Stay Because When We Got To Hotel After Booking And Paying For It He Told Me No Rooms Were Available And I Couldn't Get A Refund Worse Hotel And Service Ever

The lady that checked me in was very nice. Hotel hallways weren’t clean and smelled like cigarette smoke. The countertops and tables in the room were not cleaned properly. After I sanitized all surfaces, small roaches began crawling on the bedside table. Upon checking out, the older gentleman at the desk didn’t apologize and told me to call the third party company I booked with for my refund.

I arrived at the location with my paid, confirmed Expedia reservation and was told "no rooms"! So, don't rely on Expedia confirmation!

they were closed when I got there due to the power outage in Houston...but Expedia is not answering my calls for a refund
