Elevator, pool, ice machine didn't work. Only one side of room outlets work. Pool wasn't ready to be used.

The front desk guy was nice enough. No potholes in the parking lot. Filthy. Smelled like cigarettes from at least the 90's. TV sucked.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and generous when it comes to handling the check out of the room. They will have understanding about the time it takes to rebook a room and not badger you to leave. The elevator is broken.

I live far away from my job. And I commute by the transit system. When the transit hours are different when I'm scheduled to work weekends. It's easier to book a room. My job is only 5 minutes away. The washer machine or ice machine doesn't work

Cheap Dirty, cockroaches in the room, sheets wrinkly and look dirty, booking site stated there was a hair dryer and there was none. Had to go buy a hair dryer because I didn’t pack mine bc I expected there to be one. No iron though there was an ironing board and a mount where the iron used to be. No deadbolt either, which made me feel unsafe given the area had homeless and prostitutes hanging outside. The previous reviews of this place are obviously fake, I would have never booked if I knew the truth of how run down this place was.

Nothing. The building should be shut down. The smoke detector was bypassed. No hot water. The door looked as if police kicked down the door. They only provide 2 towels. Old dingy pillows. And horrible customer service. The place is infected. Stay away. I vow never to return. Everything

POOL WAS CLOSED. TVs were obviously broken. Horrible place to stay. Stairways smelled like cigarettes horribly. Room smelled liked mold.
