Comfort Suites near Hot Springs Park

Amazing stay

We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Close to restaurants and shopping areas. Also, not too far from downtown Hot Springs. There is a playground across the street that the YMCA owns and will allow you to bring your kids there. Only catch is there is a driveway beside the park that belongs to a resident and they ask that you don’t block the driveway. We just left our vehicle parked at the hotel and walked across the street to the park. Breakfast was very good. Also, staff is always pleasant.

I don't plan to stay in the future.

The hotel lobby was hot upon entering and our room was extremely hot. We were in town for a wedding and when I tried to iron clothes there’s was melted fabric on the iron. The corner trim for the 4th floor was laying across the hallway. Our hall smelled like trash from the housekeeping area on the 4th floor. They had bags of trash sitting in the hallway. The carpet was nasty and did not look like it had been vacuumed in days. Breakfast was a nightmare. Thw lady managing the breakfast area was rude. The trash was overflowing. Tables were filthy and trash in the floor. Nothing was stocked. Guest were walking into the kitchen to get syrup and water. No milk for cereal. No sausage or eggs. No fruit or pastries. There were people just standing in line to get whatever they could. The property was not worth what I spent for it. We will not stay here again when visiting Hot Springs.

Staff is exceptionally nice and helpful

Not a great visit. The cost was more than some of the other nicer hotels and air b&b’s that we stayed at on our family trip. There was left over hair in our tub drain from a previous stay or stays, who knows. Not to mention there was used gum stuck on the inside of the lamp shade. Also, the tub didn’t hardly drain. We stayed two nights, because that’s what we had booked. We let the front desk know about the issues the next morning, and we think they had someone come by to look at the drain while we were out. After a long day of hiking and seeing the sights, we got into bed on the second night. Only, about 10:30 - 11 pm, we started smelling cigarette smoke. In the third floor. My wife called down to the front desk, and the lady sounded frazzled, saying there was a lot going on. At 11pm? My wife and eldest daughter went down there, and they offered the room right next door. My wife and daughter checked it, and the smell was worse in there than our room. So they gave us one down the hall and the other end of the hotel. So at 11:30 we moved all our stuff. We brought it up to the next front desk lady the next morning, and after she finally got a hold of her manager, we got a whopping $50 off our stay. I forgot to mention that the breakfast was so so. I tried getting my daughter some orange juice and water with a slight tint came out. Yup, pretty much scarred us from staying at another comfort sweets

Perfec

The location is easy to get in and out off with everything Hot Springs has to offer in a drivable distance. The hot tub was a fantastic addition to the room and made it feel more luxurious. Only complaint was the mattress but have purchased a memory foam topper to travel with (not the first hotel we've needed it). Will definitely be staying here for many more weekend getaways!

Beds very comfortable, nice clean hotel. Convenient to get to and close to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

I enjoy staying here . The only thing I would change is they need better ventilation in the inside pool area. We did not swim because the chlorine smell was soooooo overwhelming.

Our 3 day stay was very nice. The breakfast was more than just cereal and was warm. The room was clean and staff very friendly. The bed was SO comfy. The only complaint would be we were unable to use the pool (with children) because an older couple appeared to be making out in it. We would definitely use this hotel again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and kind. The pool wasn't freezing so the kids loved it! The hot tub was super nice. The breakfast was delicious and they had a variety of food. We would recommend this hotel for anyone.

The rooms were a good size, but the air was turned to 76 degrees and it was super hot outside and so it took a long time to cool the room off. As we were preparing to check out we had to deal with an infestation of tiny black ants that were on one of the beds, the nightstand and the tv armoire. We didn’t use the amenities while staying. The staff was very kind, considerate, friendly, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast was just ok. For the price point of the hotel it was decent overall. I would give the staff an 8/10 and the hotel itself a 5/10 mostly because of the stained carpets, chipped wall paint, musty smell in the air in the room and ant problems.

Everything was great. I checked out today and left my AirPods and I’m trying to figure out how to get them back if someone could reach out! I haven’t had any luck getting in touch with anyone.

Our king room was upgraded to a suite! The hotel was not full and the suite was available…such a nice gesture! Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the hot breakfast was great with so many options! The room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfy! We will definitely stay here again if/when we are back in Hot Springs!
