Clean room nice place to stay

Clean rooms, awesome staff, delicious breakfast. I'll definitely come back.

All things were okay we were placed in bottom floor!! Above us were very loud and stomping on the floor.

I guess if you want a coffee when you wake up, wear your Jamie's, walk down the hallway take the elevator walk to the lobby, then go back.

For a fresh remodel I think need to back in and redo it all. Gym needs a huge update and swimming pool handle to climb out was not secure. Charles was amazing person to talk too

Friendly staff. Helpful about area. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The check in was smooth. I had the check out date wrong and needed another night and the attendant tried very hard to get us another night. The room was clean and cool. Beds were comfortable. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed it. The laundry was convenient in the building and the front desk had quarters for the machines. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The attendant kept it stocked and clean. Check out was a breeze and we will stay again.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help when needed. Check-in was smooth, and the overall experience was excellent. For future travelers, this is a great option if you’re looking for a clean hotel with large rooms and outstanding customer service. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional

Staff was great and helpful, pool was a nice touch. Breakfast was your typical setup. The issues I had came with the room. When I entered my room for the first time a few light didn't work, the floor wasn't vacuumed, the base of the dining room table was sticky and dirty. There was still some leftover items from the previous guest. The room was booked for 6 people and we were given 2 wash clothes, 2 hand towels and 4 regular towels. The day they were supposed to vacuum they came in missed a ton of spots. At the beginning of our stay we asked about a kitchenette with a dishwasher and no dishes and front desk said they didn't do that. We came back from exploring the town to a cabinet full of dishes and a coffee maker being added to our room which tells me it was supposed to be in the room to begin with. Mentioned a few lights not working and was told it would get fixed, it remained not working until checkout. Honestly the price we paid for the room would bring me back but hugely disappointed after reading how well majority stays are in the hotel. (2/5)

Rooms were great! Staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing! Indoor pool was nice and clean. Easy in and out . Will definitely use them again!

This is a great property. Very clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast. The grounds are nicely kept. I would stay here again. The only thing I would change is in the pool area. It gets very wet when kids are playing, and the decking is a little slippery. Adding some mats in the pool area would be extremely helpful.

The staff was friendly and helpful We had an issue with our bathtub drain. But we were helped with a new room.

It was clean and ALL the staff were so nice and willing to share things to do in area. Breakfast was very good and they kept it full the entire breakfast time. Coffee was delicious 😋
