The room was not clean. It was damp. There was water leaking in the window. The jacuzzi was not fit for use. Bathroom was not clean.

This was my 5th straight year staying during the sec tournament. It's a great place to stay with a friendly staff and an excellent location to everything!

The hotel was very “tired” looking. There were very few people staying there. My mini fridge froze everything solid. The internet was spotty but the staff gave me “private” server password which was helpful. The weekend breakfast was ok, the weekday breakfast was minimal at best.

Coffee was good each morning and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well once we figured out how to adjust (a little sign on the unit directing us to the control next to the bathroom would have been helpful). The staff were lovely. The only breakfast there on weekdays was frozen waffles that you could toast, cereal, and small containers of apple sauce. On Saturday and Sunday there were tiny muffins, itsy bitsy sausage biscuits, and yogurt that were pretty much completely gone by 7:05 am. So come expecting not much.

Nothing No breakfast was left at 730am. It started being served at 7. I could not shower the bathtub was still used from the last person. There was a half inch of dust and dead skin on the ac filter.

The hotel is a bit run down, the bed was hard, and sat on a metal frame so when you moved it made noise. The room was clean, but the floors must be very thin because you could hear all the walking (stomping) on the floor above you. The breakfast was mediocre at best, I went down about 8:30 and all that was left was 2 small muffins, 1 prepackaged waffle and like 3 small microwave small biscuit with sausage. No butter, no jelly.. they said breakfast was between 7-9, at least try and keep a few things out for those of us that may not get up at the crack of dawn. It was super close to the galleria so if your gonna shop it’s in a good location.

The front desk staff was nice but the room was not clean. There were stains and burn holes on the sheets and hair throughout the bathroom.

Disappointing

Floors was dirty and hot water didnt work. Staff was rude & unprofessional. Check in at 10 am came back at 4:15 pm and was advised that the room that was available for me that they gave away.

Bad

It was ok once I got settled I slept peacefully but I had to switch rooms because the dryer broke then my second room phone didn’t work but the staff helped where they could. And it has a smell like a food smell lingering thru the halls
