The rooms are great, we got 3 rooms and they’re all clean. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Parking is ok. The rooms ac’s are perfect. Quality Inn are close to everything we’re you can just walk and stroll around. Very nice area. I will recommend it. This is base on our experienced. Thanks Quality Inn for good service!

When you needed help from managers, because T.V was not working, he was upset because I ask for help while he was in a room praying,.so when he got out of the room and came back to the lobby snapped at me saying he was praying I said, well I was hoping there was someone else, and he was very rude. So yeah never again in this hotel!!!

Very nice breakfast for kids and adults for a quick and easy morning. Extremely close to all the local attractions. I was very impressed with free on site parking!! It was the perfect place for a convient and inexpensive quick get away to universal studios. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff went above and beyond for us throughout our stay, I can not speak highly enough of them. The rooms were big, comfortable and clean. Parking was safe and easily accessible. Breakfast finished a little early for us, so we weren't able to sample it.

Pool was cold and rundown. Breakfast was okay waffles, yogurt, oatmeal and fruit to eat and to drink coffee, tea, water, apple juice and guava juice. Small area to sit to eat. Close to places to eat and Hollywood stars
