Rooms are very nice and clean.

The rooms were comfy. The staff was amazing. The hallways were hot and muggy but luckily the air in the rooms were great.

Hotel was decent enough. The carpet was pretty dirty throughout the hallways and it smelled like weed in the lobby and in the hall. That's not technically the hotel's fault but it is a terrible first impression and if the hotel isn't enforcing a no smoking policy, that is on them. Fine hotel if you are in a pinch or are there for the casino. Otherwise, there are a lot of other options around town.

The hotel room was very clean, and clean smelling, nice and relaxing stay. The Casino was fun, but the smell of cigarettes was the only down fall.

Location is good, Casino is good , quick check in staff is friendly.

Make sure you have before you get there because there atm machines charge $9 dollars per transaction also the breakfast didn’t offer a lot

Rudest woman ever was working the desk. The app had switched my info with my wife’s info, so the lady wouldn’t let me stay there, and wouldn’t give me a refund. I’ll never stay there again.

If you are a smoker, you will enjoy this location. If you do not like the smell of smoke I would encourage a different location. Upon entering the building/casino the entire location smelled of smoke. Fortunately the room did not. Drylands bar/restaurant actually allows smoking within the facility, something just not seen very often anymore. I am not a smoker and thus, will never stay at Zia Park in the future.

The bar charged us for someone else's tab. It took over two weeks for someone to return my call and correct it. The rooms were dirty. Dead bugs in the bathroom that hadn't been swept up. The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke.
