Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Hobbs

Great breakfast and comfortable room!

Overall the stay was excellent,the rooms were nice and clean, housekeepers were awesome, service was better than expected, only issue I had was the young girl, at the front desk, shes very rude, and I believe she needs to be trained better bcuz she doesn't know how to check in people, she charged my card for one night almost 300 when I paid for it online,and when I tell her she responded well what do u want me to do about refund u or wat???? Well first off don't b rude ur mistake not mine so talk to me with a different tome second of all, well ya I want a refund y am j gonna pay twice for one night, rolled her eyes and said well I don't know how, well figure it out them

The staff was very helpful and accommodating when our door was messed up, and even moved us to a different room. Very nice staff and very clean and comfortable beds as well. Will definitely book again!

I got a rash all over my arms and back from the sheets.

Clean and comfy

There isn’t a pool, need more variety of hot beverages dining space is kind of small but works

Key locks were worn out and keys (cards) had to be programmed multiple times. The hotel is worn down and in need of repairs. The staff was great. The doors on the refrigerator was put on backwards and should be changed.

Breakfast was great fresh. Parking was good and parking lot has lots of lighting what I like. Staff was great friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great stay.

I ternet has failures. So not constant

The staff was wonderful and the room itself was clean, but the hallway carpeting was filthy. Minimal amenities in the room, no coffee pot but they did provide fresh coffee in the lobby around the clock. No furniture besides the bed and office chair.

Exceptional

The thing that I liked about the property was the location next to a gas station and really close to a dennys I didn’t like the staff treating the lobby like a party yelling at 2am and my second room the tvs didn’t work but in the other one they did called and nothing was done to fix it

Place was clean and breakfast was good.

One night pit stop. Price was right and so clean! The only thing that made it bothersome was the staff, and construction workers who reside there. Staff closet and ice machine was next to our room. Door was slammed and loud convo outside door very early. Construction workers filling their ice coolers at 5am and loud outside window. I get it, they have to start their day. Both wife and I are disabled and they were so kind with our service dogs, but I think after 10 hours of travel we wish we could have slept thru the night. Another 10 hours today and we are just exhausted. Over all, stay on floor two. The entire staff was so kind and beds comfy as home should feel like.

Good

Staff was friendly but the hotel was terrible. The key card hardly worked with out the "trick" giggling it just right. Room wasnt very clean, large gaps around door, terrible pillows.

They didn’t have the room I reserved so I had to go somewhere else and they still charged me even though they had obviously rented the room to someone else. Bad business
