We have stayed at this hotel a few times before and appreciate the ease of access and free breakfast options. Showers in the mornings usually suck, because there isn't much hot water. This experience, we did not have hot water the entire stay. The first time we contacted front desk we were told maintenance would be contacted. The second contact I was told maintenance was gone for the day and we were offered to switch rooms. It was already later in the evening and we had quite a lot of stuff with us to simply switch rooms. So cold showers for both of us. It did not improve the next morning. I guess if you stay here, check your shower before unloading your vehicle. And IF you get a spot of hot water, to ahead and use it while you can because it wont last.

I was unable to even stay here. There was nobody there to receive me. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes at 10:15 pm and then just left and got another room because it was late I was ready for bed. It was a total waste of money, and I didn’t see the room but the lobby was very run down and seemed to be in a bad area. Didn’t like anything

Pricing was good for a clean comfortable room Air conditioning was just adequate. No handrail in shower and showerhead was so high could not be adjusted for anything other than hitting your face and head.

The checking in was concise, staff was courteous, friendly , offered us cold bottled water. The room was very clean, smelled clean, bathroom was clean, plenty of towels and the beds were great after a long drive. Breakfast was nice, fresh eggs, protein, and hydrating drinks. Sunday morning staff was friendly, this stay was fabulous!

Lovely hotel from check-in and thru out stay, clean, well appointed rooms, super quiet, good bed, super staff everywhere.

All was good, except the air conditioner continued to cycle off and on (rather noisily) throughout the night. The folks at the desk were very courteous and kind.
