The man at the front desk was amazing, the rooms are good for the price. Good overall stay

Change towels and bath towels

Manager was nice and super understanding when we asked to change rooms from a noisy neighbor. The second floor balcony was so warped and felt like you would fall through. Some of the wood bent and you could see where they just patched previous holes. The towels were all a gross yellow color and not white at all. The cleaning lady kept walking into our room 5x!!!! Never knocked. Finally the 5th time my partner and I were in the middle of….activities……and she just opens the door and make direct eye contact with me and then shuts it and leaves. No knocking. When confronted she said she didn’t know English. We requested a refund at one point bc we were over the entire place with everything that was wrong and got denied. We left a whole day early bc they were going to charge me anyway. I want my money back not going to lie.

Also a bit noisy.

The bathroom was in disrepair, the room had an Oder of smoke, lots of noise and banging coming from the rm next door at unreasonable times of night. The neighborhood is rough

The staff were friendly and the room was clean.

Nice to know there is a security guard overnight. Kinda a sketchy area. Amenities are limited. No coffee in room No Iron, ironing board present. Free breakfast are snacks, cereal, and toast. A couple fruits. Coffee could use a bit of help. No blanket to cover with. Bring your own. Otherwise it was a average stay. Worked for me.

Very little water pressure & i mean very little!!! No wash rags in the room at all. There was a hole in the fitted sheet my toe got caught in.. ouch!! But for the most part the room was clean, smelled clean and to be as crowded as it was it was quiet. Staff was super friendly

There were no soaps, shampoo, or conditioner available. No effort there at all. The breakfast was bread and jelly. There was no peanut butter. There was a large Costco size box of cereal and a gallon of milk and a box of little Debbie snacks. Very little effort there either. The little good I could say was the beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked great.

The property was in a very bad state of repair. There were holes in the metal stairs. The upper landing felt unsound. The room was dirty and was not maintained. There was no wifi.

The bedroom is nasty

All of this should have been mentioned during reservation or they should have called and said they no longer have services and let people know they need to find another place to stay.

Payed online when we got there we didn’t get the rooms they said they had problems an everything so they couldn’t give us the rooms so had to look for another place

Dirty, hairs hanging off of random objects in room, dirt everywhere. stains, no cable, no internet, left early because I had a no refund and it was not worth the hassle. NEVER staying here again.

My room was "non-smoking" but it was nasty and smelled like cigars. The carpet was wet so i walked around the room in crocs. TV and wifi were down during my stay along with no breakfast. I asked for a credit towards my bill, but the guy at the front desk i dont think understood me.
