I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

I liked the location. The beach was great. I did not appreciate a fee for beach chairs and umbrellas, especially since we paid a resort fee. I don’t think the hotel is very clean. The same garbage was on the floor in front of our room the whole time. Our room was not cleaned when we checked in (pee in the toilet, lettuce on the counter, floors not vacuumed). The manager made it right but it took a LONG time and we had driven 10 hours to get there! I expected more for the price of this hotel.

Nice location, need a little attention to detail

Good stay

Rooms were spacious and clean. They helped to accommodate my handicapped father, provided extra equipment which helped make his stay more comfortable.

Very nice property with large pools and easy access to the beach. Room was a little dated and could have been cleaned a little better, but the staff and servers were very courteous and friendly. Overall a great place to stay!

The pool was utterly filthy and in disrepair. The staff gave contradictory advice about dining options on property and the breakfast waitress could not take a proper order, telling me I ordered over easy eggs because she wrote over easy down. I would not stay there again.

All the oceanfront rooms offer great views and this property sits close to the beach. I LOVE the tree canopy and dunes and ease of access to the beach. Very well maintained property

We spend Father's Day weekend and we had a bad experience. First, we arrived late and when open the room...a very bad humid smell come from the room. The staff try to blame us (what?) The carpet was wet and dirty. Finally to Mr. Laurent, we had a new bedroom down-side. The the TV doesn't work or connects to Internet. After a few complaints, they finally came and try to blame us, again. For WHAT? And for the finished night our shower clog, with black sand that we don't have an idea where's coming from. At least they don't blame us. We are a mature couple and is not the first time traveling and staying in hotels. But this one was a challenge. Don't expect that from a Hilton.

I love this resort. It was everything I needed for my vacation.

No complaints for an easy weekend trip.

The rooms are spacious, showers are excellent and the outdoor pool adjacent to the beach was very nice. We took a 5 minute walk to Alexander’s which is a pretty good restaurant nestled on a big scenic pond. The restaurant takes reservations. The resort itself is very expensive and a lot of fees tacked onto the base rate. Twenty dollars for guests to park in a sprawling outdoor lot as an example.

Liked the beach view and the beach was great. Outdoor pool was also fantastic. Staff during check in were not as friendly as expected, it took them a while (1.5 hours) to get our daughter a pack and play that was requested with anticipation. Meals were quite expensive and not as great.

Clean all around.

Superb

Property is brand very well maintained. Rooms are clean, staff friendly, excellent experience. Pillows not comfy. But easy fix… just bring your own!
-
Downside is that they charge for lounge chairs on the beach. I also wasn't able to find a beach towel. Parking is expensive and the resort fee is expensive.
