Best Western Plus Chicago Hillside

Property was decent. Only one elevator working and it sounded like it was about ready to break down. The pool was not open and this location did not offer a complimentary breakfast, usually one of the reasons I choose BW's. So disappointed in this location.

Dated property and in need of a serious refurb.

All was good for us during our stay, no complaints about any of the above.

The stay was pleasant my room was clean and comfortable for the two days I stayed will definitely book again for the price

The room was noisy due to proximity to the expressway. The bathroom was in need of cosmetic upgrades.

The staff were very attentive and friendly, the main areas and the rooms look like they need some upgrades. The room had hair in the bathtub, and smelled.

Good affordable location for a place to sleep. Not far from the airport and close to some good food spots. Easy parking and friendly, helpful staff. Rooms did what they needed to do but a bit outdated. However, I would not mind staying here again for the price if I need a place to sleep.

The staff was great and very clean.

Staff was kind and helpful It was a place to sleep but if i didnt have to stay there because of a cancled flight i wouldnt. Accommodations were sparce and no airport shuttle which is a negative for the area.

Breakfast available but not included. Hallways Smelled of the Devil’s Lettuce. Property outdated and not the cleanest. Good size rooms and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Restaurant was not open, but you could eat in the bar. The food was not good at all. There was no flavor. Everything tasted bland. And everything was served in a clear see-through plastic cup with a lid they couldn’t even give you a real glass. I would never return to this best western and I will never be referring best western to anyone.
