Despite its popularity, the hotel effectively manages its crowds during events.

Only there 6hrs so limited viewpoint. Room was fine - decent size. But noisy outside of room with other guests.

The cleaning staff was very helpful when I needed help. Food is very pricey however. No morning room service. Just dine in.

The bathroom could use some refurbishing, other than that the room was good, quiet.

I had to call the cancel the reservation because my father had gotten into a car accident and passed away as I was on my way to my flight. I’ve worked at a few hotels before, so I’m aware of how things like this are handled. I called as soon as I was able, given the circumstances, granted it was within the 24 hours of the check in, the person I spoke to only cancelled one of the 2 nights. I hadn’t even left Colorado to fly to DC yet, and I hadn’t checked in either. I asked if anything else can be done, if there was a supervisor I could speak to, because I now have to pay for a funeral and these hospital bills, he said “no, there’s no supervisor. I work the front desk so I know how things are handled.” It was just extremely insensitive, he was very robotic. I know I’m not the first person to call with this issue, but it should’ve been handled with more care and consideration. My trip has been rescheduled for July, but I highly doubt I’ll consider staying here. I’d rather pay more to stay elsewhere that has more empathetic people.

The property isn't well maintained. It was very difficult to turn off the shower so I called the front desk who sent a technician who used his strength to turn it off even though I said I can't do that

Was very clean with a lot of nice amenities. Very large, luxurious room, for a very fair price, in a great location.

The room was great. The hotel shuttle was horrible. We registered for the shuttle like requested the night before. While we were loading people’s luggage into shuttle they got to us and said it was full. We would have had to wait 30 minutes for next shuttle and the staff wasn’t very helpful. We ended up having to get an uber to get to the airport.

What a great place to recover after an international flight. From desk staff were exceptionally helpful, even calling the hotel shuttle driver to come back for us just after he had left the property. Than you!

Fantastic sized room, the entertainment set-up in the room worked perfectly, excellent shower facilities the bed was huge and room was always clean. This room had all that was required and more. This hotel is very good overall and you can even get the shuttle bus from and to the airport. Maybe the lifts could have been a bit better, but that would be a bit picky overall. Generally nothing negative to say.
