It was a basic bed and room. But boy was the property tired-- parking lot had a crater in, elevator didn't work, leak in the hallway roof, obvious signs of a fire, musty smell. Nice enough folks who ran the place.

Not a good experience. Staff was extremely rude and hotel was not clean, not well maintained, and smelled.

When I went to my room on the second floor, there was a bucket in the middle of the hallway and the ceiling just had a black plastic covering like a bag. The room was extremely moist air. Everything was damp. I had to turn the ac off. Usually if an air conditioner is putting out cold, damp air is usually due to filters not being clean or something wrong with the coils. The only reason why I stayed was because the bed was clean with clean sheets, and it was comfortable. The bathroom was somewhat pretty clean and the trim around the air conditioner was rotted. there was no sprinkler systems or a clock in the room. There was also a tear in the curtain. We picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and continental breakfast. We did not go in the pool nor did we even stay for the continental free breakfast because we thought the hotel was rundown. We couldn’t wait to get out of there when we woke up.

The hotel was located near where we were visiting, that was the plus. Booked last minute, it was the best pricing I could get-but I would not stay again. While clean, the room smelled musty, toilet leaked and walls were thin. Curtains did not block out the security lighting outside, noise from the other rooms, hallway and parking lot was clearly heard. I booked two rooms at the same time and while they didn't need to be connected, the were originally on different floors. Took a while to fix and seemed to be a hassle did the front desk clerk. Pool was clean but you had to get towels from front desk, never saw that before. Very dated property, from the outside to the carpeting everywhere.

Hotel is pretty rundown. Toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet. The entire place smelled like smoke, both cigarette and marijuana smoke. After we checked in and went out to dinner, when we came back, there was a guy handcuffed on the floor getting arrested about two doors down from our room. Breakfast was OK, and a nice perk, but otherwise the day was not that great. We ended up leaving a day early, because our business in Groton was finished early, but the Hotel would not consider a refund for the unused day of our stay.

There were stairs at each entrance so luggage had to be carried, no ramp. Everything was pretty old looking although clean enough. The WiFi was pathetically slow and difficult to connect to. The breakfast started at 7:00 which was too late for me, I had to leave each morning at seven. It’s not terrible but I’m used to better.

Nice place

Huele súper mal a humedad si necesitas algo nunca hay nadie cerca la señora del front desk con muy mala actitud. En fin la piscina apestaba y se veía sucia y deteriorada.

Staff was friendly and professional. Bed was nice. There was a smell in the hallways that was overwhelming.
-
Disgusting, ceiling falling in (raining in more than one spot), carpeting trip hazard, back stairs used all night (loud squeal, door slam and noisy people talking at full volume). Was afraid to try shower. ..looked like it was very unsafe.

My daughter and I had a weekend mini vacation. We arrive and the outside looked like it was so old and falling apart. We walked inside and you could already smell cigarette smoke and just gross stuff. When we checked out our room the smell was so bad it made us sick. The bathroom door handle was broken and it wouldn’t close all the way. The tv would not work properly. I went back to the man( my daughter stayed in the car because she was sick)and told him we are leaving. I told him what was wrong because he asked and I told him. He sneered and said my money will be refunded in five business days.

They did not clean or gave towels we were there four days. The wall around the air condition was rotted. The sink faucet was broken did not know which side was hot or cold. Hallways was dirty. Complimentary breakfast was real bad. No food.

One star is even too much of a rating and unfortunately it is all because of how the employees acted...this was one of my favorite hotels to stay at in the past...rooms are fairly clean other guests have pets that are not keep up and you can smell pet smells they should have a section reserved for pets the parking lot had a large hole that could cause damage yes there was a cone but not enough of notice it's dark over there...I haven't even stepped in the door and the front desk employee was very disrespectful to my husband who had went in to get the baggage cart...I jave no oroblem adhering to rules and policies but there is a way you speak to guests she was rude and gave looks like rolling her eyes I felt judged and disrespected she must of told us we had to check out the next day 6 times due to the amount of luggage we had I heard and understood the first time she said it ..said that there was no breakfast only juice and granola and coffee and the phone rand every 15 min and when I called to ask why she said it was because it was letting us know we had no messages I believe she was doing it on purpose...come the next morning I asked where the jujve was and the morning agent was like it's all downstairs and would you know there was a full breakfast there...why would she say there wasn't I wasn't good enough for there breakfast injave so much more to say running out of space long story short guest service skills absolutely terrible she needs to be fired or retrained xxxxxx

The room was okay.

I liked how spacious the room was. They offered a lot of towels. It was quiet and relatively clean in the actual room. The swimming pool was suspicious, and you had to go down these stairs and take a lot of turns to get to the pool. The pool is small; only about 4.5' or so deep, which isn't a problem. The scum that was around the pool where chlorine wasn't touching, and some scum even on the bottom, was what did it for us. The pool area was very dirty. Inside and out.

I got rest.. that is it! No Breakfast, no change available for washing machine and dryer, pool wasn't heated... Hot water in bathroom...too hot!

Property was very clean. Everything is up graded and new. Beautifully decorated and a great deal. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch, cereal, cold milk (I don’t drink milk) waffle maker, danish, toast, bengals juice and coffee. I was impressed, the last place I stayed had free breakfast. A broken juice machine, breakfast bars and gas station like pre packaged cinnamon rolls and not the good ones. It’s a little hard to find your way but I get lost in a wet paper bag. The products they put out, soap, lotion shampoo ect smell so good!! Like you’re deep in your with a touch of vanilla. I had 3 people ask me what I “had on” I don’t use perfume.. I need to know where they get them!! The restaurant down stairs has amazing authentic Indian food that is always on point. Close to everything you could want for inner door dash or going out!

Nice location and affordable compared to other hotels in the area. The bathroom needs an uplift - loose handle bars and the small (round) potty instead of the elongated, comfortable one. Convenient location, not far from waterfront and museum.

Dirty, bugs, no heat , nobody at front desktop help
