We arrived later to check in, due to softball games and weather. There was a family in front of us. They said they had been waiting for about 30 minutes, and no front desk host was around. We checked in the back offices, and looked around the ground floor, and found no one. There were others there that advised the lady walked off right after she got to work. We stood around for about 10 minutes before she appeared from a door across the room. Took way too long for us to get checked in and into a room.

The location was great for the event I attended at the Gaylord Texan Resort. The shuttle was not consistently available when needed.

Elevator seemed like it was going to break every time you used it. Roomed smelled like mold. Bathroom was tiny.

Staff was great. Property was well maintained and great location.

I prepaid and reserved a room, but i arrived late and my room was released. I was able to get a room the first night, which they charged me for. So, all told, I paid nearly $900 for one night in a ground floor room with loud people yelling at the bar and doors slamming all night.

Very clean staff was very friendly the room had great amenities but the beds were not the most comfortable. We greatly appreciate them allowing us to check in early to get ready for a wedding

The cleaning staff did not clean our room and we had to call in order to receive fresh towels. When she did clean our room she made the bed with a hand towel underneath the covers. On the day of checkout she was knocking on our door at 9:00.
