very convenient to our location that we needed to be at. Hot water was the best I ever had, compared to other high in places. ... air conditioner worked amazing stay Cold all night long.. the receptionist was so lovely and so professional. Love her.. I like everything about it..

Staff was pleasant. Rooms were not that clean. We had no amenities!!!! Just a bed and tv. No refrigerator or microwave. Ppl were knocking on our room door all times of the day and night and staff wouldn’t address any issues. Key card didn’t work. Hotel can be comfortable if they upgrade and not lie on the site!

The room are kept clean daily, the staff are always friendly, and the kitchen amenities made it much easier for my son to enjoy a home-cooked meal instead of fast food.

Everything was awesome. Mainly got this room because it was next to the Texas trust theater.

It's near the intrastate No blankets. Ac blows right in your face. TV is and furniture is outdated. Staff is rude and is tries to come in your room well before check out time

I rated “cleanliness” a 10 when everything else was average because the bathroom in room 157 was spotless! It looked as if the tub had never been used. I thought this deserved an extra nod. Everything was clean and in working order. If I had a wish, a little coffee pot would be nice and maybe a little thicker comforter. It is Summer in Texas but that A/C gets cold!

The bed was way to hard

Staff was very friendly the rooms could use a lil more attention to cleaning the door knob needed to finagled to ensure it closed correctly I was charged more than what I booked it for not including my pet fees I expected that much the location of this place was very convenient

There was no fridge, the pool was filled with dirt, no coffee maker (all of this was advertised). They then knocked on my door at 9AM and asked me to leave; even though check-out was 11AM. When I checked in there was a female (nude) with an open bathrobe walking through the parking lot. (And it was not one of those fantasy model types, so wasn't impressed with the sight.) Toilet was leaking at the base, smelled like a sewer in the bathroom (I kept the door closed and fan on). I have photos of all of this of course - and will make a complaint to the State of Texas on it.
