Days Inn by Wyndham Grand Junction

The first room they had for my family had a used toilet paper roll and a dirty wash cloth on the bathroom sink. The staff apologized and moved us to a room with no toilet paper, a dirty tub, broken drawers, a broken lamp. There was also no airport shuttle, which was the main reason we booked the hotel.

This is a classic you get what you pay for. No towels or toilet paper in the room on arrival. And pretty much no hot water for the shower. Other than that the bed was comfortable.

The rooms were not clean at all had no soap in the room tv remote was taped together floor looked like it hasn’t been cleaned since it was installed never again.

There was mold in bathroom,the shower curtain was disgusting filthy,the grounds was not clean,had to ask for wash cloths and shampoo

Staff was friendly, a/c worked, rooms and property are quite rundown. The location was relatively quiet and very convenient.

Toilets didn’t work, no soap or toilet paper unless asked for, no food at the breakfast, ice machine was broken and we were told to go to an adjacent restaurant and ask for cups of ice, and the room wasn’t clean. Never again!!!

Only good thing was the price. But you get what you pay for I guess lol. And the location was pretty good. A lot of people in the pool, we didn’t go but that was popular.

The bed was lumpy. The remote for the television didn’t work. It was impossible to control the air conditioner.

Very disappointing. No towels, no shampoo or soap No coffee. No alarm clock in the room. Cold cereal and microwave sandwiches were a huge disappointment. I have always stayed Days Inn. Not again 😩

Clean, very accommodating staff, allowed us to check in early in our suite as we had a bad experience at another hotel in Grand Junction. Loved it, highly recommended

Ice machine broke. The ice maker of the little fridge in the room was not working either. Staff was helpful. But facility needs to be better maintained.

The “outdoor pool” is in the middle of the parking lot blocked by a bunch of old junk. They charged me twice for a security deposit. Had no towels or wash clothes, the room felt more like a prison cell. Definitely wouldn’t ever stay here again and definitely not family friendly. No elevator so all luggage had to be carried upstairs.

Room was dirty. Comforter had a stain on it. Stuff splattered on the walls. Hole in the bathroom door. Lamp plug in end was cut off by the bed. Parking lot was littered with trash and we could smell someone was smoking marijuana. They did bring us a different comforter for the bed. A $100 deposit was required at check in that was not specified on Expedia when we booked the room. The person at the front desk did not speak clear English. Was hard to understand. Will not stay there again.

The wi-fi was good, the TV selections were good. The towel was soft. Microwave & Fridge worked well. Surprised there was no in-room coffee machine. Pool water was good, but area was not. We arrived and had 1 lg towel, no toilet paper, torn carpet, spotted bathtub, and a massive amount of flies. They changed our room eventually, but again, no towels, no soap, but we did have TP. It took 3 hours to get settled into the NEW room. The breakfast was very disappointing....frozen egg english muffins, 2 kinds of cereal. That's it. We stayed here before, but it really needs a major upgrade. Location is great. Love Denny's and Applebees nearby.

This was worse than the pits! We weren't expecting the best, but this was the worst of the worst. Holes in the walls stuffed with wads of whatever, I didn't want to know. Only two towels for three people. There was no breakfast. Dirty mop pale right under the coffee pots. Garbage under the some what new sink and counter. Floor look like it hadn't been cleaned for awhile. Office was dirty and dark. When we got there we would have left and gone someplace else but the room was already paid for.):

Just a plain hotel, no hot water, door to room will not shut. Terrible breakfast, sign on the wall said you would.be fined $150 if you took food out of the dining room

Spending alot of money for no respect

The bathroom was in poor shape. The bathtub looked dirty. Breakfast was a joke!

the room was uncomfortable and dirty the bathroom was dusty and dirty the beds were uncomfortable. The ac was barely working made loud noises and anytime someone walked past the room would shake.

However, when I walked into the room was very dirty from the walls to the doors to the tub. The only thing that looked clean with the bed and probably cause they changed the sheets there’s stuff smothered all over the dorm, like hand prints and stuff, and then some type of mucus on the shower wall. I literally walked in and walked out and found another hotel
