This location is about 15 miles from main attractions in Nashville, which was great for our family of 5 to not have to deal crazy tourists and heavy traffic. The property seemed to be running on very minimal staffing, but the (new) lady that was checking us in was great, as was her manager. Some of the staff were “ok”, but didn’t seem interested in actually working. They sat in the lobby watching TV and gave directions on where to find utensils, attractions, and told me to ask someone in housekeeping for towels because the front desk didn’t have any (although they had a stack on a table behind them). Also, only one elevator was working, which is very challenging when you have wheelchair travelers, housekeeping bins/ carts, people getting breakfast, and checking out all within a 2 hour span. And WHY on Gods green earth would you have to press “door open” to get off the elevator on your desired floor?! THAT SLOWED EVERYTHING DOWN, and no one at the front desk warned us about that at check-in. Not sure I would want to stay there again, but it wasn’t terrible.

For the most part it was nice. The breakfast was great. Our room had things wrong with it the bathroom. One of the corner shelves was broken off and laying on the tub. The tub faucet was coming out of the wall and the shower head base was loose. There were black long hairs in the comforter.

The TV in the room went in and out the both nights there. Plus there was a dirty water smell in the lobby. Like they used dirty mop water to clean the floor.

The breakfast was very good.

Cleanliness and staff were amazing Had to switch rooms because the refrigerator was frozen and got a small room then what we initially had. The toilet kept running and when the ac kicked on it was so loud
-
Convenient Dirty-dirty q-tip on the dirty bathroom floor. Paper plate was left from previous guest. Bed was not comfortable.

Check in was very easy

It was pretty well designed, the rooms were lovely, the lobby is very comfortable and the pool was a nice temp! It seemed like anything electrical didn’t work. The elevator passed over our floor a couple of times. Our room Tv was broken, as was the lobby tv, breakfast area coffee maker, pancake machine, and the hotel’s second elevator.

Mattress was comfortable. Peeling paint in the bathroom, a constant buzz sound we couldn't locate, the outlet between the beds did not hold a plug, the breakfast would have been acceptable if the pancake machine worked, and the room smelled like wet dog.

Beyond this, the AC units in the room were TERRIBLE. There was no way to control the fan and every time the AC kicked on, it sounded like a jet engine taking off. It was impossible to sleep with the unit cycling on and off, so eventually we turned the entire thing off overnight. And then after ours was off, I could hear the unit next door cycling on and off. Two very bad nights of sleep, breakfast staff was under-prepared even though they knew the hotel was fully booked.
