Staff was friendly, rooms were a bit small. But pretty clean, just a weird cleaning smell when I first walked in.

Room was OK. Beds a good size, not much storage. There were dead bugs and dust all around the floors and skirting boards. Pool was cloudy and full of bugs so didn’t chance taking a dip. ‘Breakfast’ was appalling. 2 choices of cereal, packets of porridge, muffin or doughnut or toast. Literally nothing there. Lumps of gunk came out of the juices into the cups so we obviously didn’t drink those.

The staff were friendly and tried to accommodate. The common areas were well maintained. The rooms were not clean. The first room we were in was bad (dirty and musty) so we were moved to another room. It was better but sheets had a yellow stain and curtains were stained. Beside the toilet there was brown something (looked like old feces). The dead bolt had been broken and reattached but not secure.

This hotel is well worth the money. Breakfast could have been better but staff was friendly pool was clean and rooms were clean. Will definitely be staying here again if we are in the area!

There was no blow dryer, no soap or shampoo, it could have been cleaner and it had a lot of rip raf hanging around,

The room and property were clean. The pool was shutdown. The breakfast was a disappointment.

The guest service person wasn't friendly, told me that I had 5 minutes to decide if I wanted another room.

The a/c didn’t work the first night. They fixed it for the second night and told us don’t go below 63 but it never actually got cold just blew air. The pool was out of service and the breakfast wasn’t what was advertised.

Staff was rude and no help at all. Found bugs, rust, and stains in the room. Pool was filthy.
