Sonesta Simply Suites Denver West Federal Center

The hotel room was very nice. The neighborhood was great. The location convenient. But, the best part of the hotel was how accommodating the staff was especially Frank & Victoria. They went above and beyond helping to make our stay a wonderful experience.

Not a place to stay

Loved that there was a little kitchen. Just no hair dryer

We were greeted by very friendly front desk staff. The room was nice.

Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here if you prefer a serviced apartment rather than a hotel.

Didn’t clean the room when you left for the day and when you asked for towels, they didn’t want to give you clean towels n wash clothes (but did). So I noticed everyone leaving their towels outside of rooms so we did. Then when I asked for towels again they wanted me to bring the dirty towels to the front desk. Then they left a note from Management by my door the next day saying don’t leave the towels outside in the hall n there will be a 25.00 charge for trash being left outside of the room I felt like I was supposed to be pleasing them. I would not stay there again if it was free

During my stay, the hotel charged my credit card three times with unauthorized transactions totaling 196 USD. I haven't received a refund yet—I've been waiting for two weeks. I have a very good impression of the hotel, but I will give it a high rating only after I receive my refund. I hope this happens soon. The hotel isn't responding to my emails.

Good place to stay for the price. Area was fine. Close to food gas

I don't recommend this establishment to anyone who has emotional support animals. They kicked my dogs and I out on account of a noise complaint that they didn't know what room the noise was coming from. The manager also had the nerve to tell me my dog was aggressive just because he is a doberman Pincher. I asked him"did my dog growl at you or approach you?" He said nothing at all except he was calling the police. My dog didn't show any signs of aggression.

I stayed at Solester West Denver Downtown for 6 nights and overall I was not very satisfied with my experience. The price was affordable, which was the main positive, and the room had essentials like plates and utensils. However, the customer service was disappointing and housekeeping was lacking. My towels were never changed during my entire stay, and the room was not cleaned regularly. They also did not provide basic amenities like a toothbrush or toothpaste. While the hotel may be a reasonable choice if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay, I felt the level of service could be much better.

Everyone and everything were excellent. Staff friendly, helpful and accommodating. No cap.

The room was perfect for an extended stay and great value for the price. It had a full kitchen and comfortable bed and was very clean. The ice maker was very slow. The staff never came by to ask if I needed anything or a room clean and the front desk people were very ambivalent.

Clean. Not big on hotels that allow animals. Not regretting staying there.

Staff was really helpful when I needed an early check in! The amenities and spacious room made it one of the best hotels me and my husband have stayed in. Clean and a great park right down the road to walk the fur babies. 10/10

The room was clean and looked recently updated and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was the only downside. Although clean it was very old looking almost like a hospital with no place near the sink to put your toiletries or even a hand towel. It was definitely an older hotel that had been renovated. The price was right though

The facility was clean, and comfortable. It was like having my own apartment for a week which helped alleviate the stress of traveling.

Very comfy room and bed. Everything you need. I would suggest a trash receptacle in the bath.

Coffee maker didn’t work properly, intermittently operational circulation fan made for a stuffy suite, long wait at check-in apparently due to limited staff. Overall impression: meh.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Close to the area we were visiting. Perfect location
