Don’t spend the money to stay here. Our room had lightbulbs going out so they just flickered, the one light had the lightbulbs showing, no cover in them. Headboard had a big old chunk out of the middle of it. There was garbage by the side door that sat there for atleast 6 hours. I ended up offering to take it out when I went up to the front desk. But the new young man said he would get it out. When we checked in the kid working, didn’t even stand up to greet us, just kept in his chair (apparently was lazy) because next person that was checking in he got up. Nit worth the money, they should have been paying us to stay there. If I could give negative stars I would of

The most important for me when I travel with my family is the property needs to be clean. It was a good size and they had a decent breakfast options.

We wanted to do early check in which was accepted for 1:30, then we were told the room wasn't ready but we could come back in an hour and go straight to our room since we were already assigned one. Well we came back NOT 1, NOT 2 but 3 HOURS later (4:30) and get to our room which hadnt been touched by housekeeping. So obviously I went to the front desk and expressed my disappointment and was told "well you arent the only one waiting and there's nothing we can do" so not only were we unable to do early check in but me and a few other people couldnt even check in past normal check in time. To top it off the room floors and bathroom were disgusting, hair everywhere, hallways and stairways were filthy. Sincerely an extremely dissatisfied customer that will NEVER be returning, and is very weary to try any other hotel by this chain.

Super noisy! The bathroom sink drained very slowly and the heat lamp didn’t work.
-
Air conditioning barely worked, rooms were dirty and smelled gross like cigarettes, fridge didn’t get cold. All amenities in shower were empty.

The entire hotel was just old and run down. Everything was dingy and worn. We went doen for breakfast at around 7am and they were out of most items of food. We stayed here because we were attending a concert at Red Rocks, so fortunately, we weren't at the hotel much. If we'd been at the hotel for any longer length of time, we probably would have changed hotels.

Other than that, the roons need to be remodeled * I was charged 3/4 of the rental cost just to change the night stay. It was it pay up or cancel and get no refund. Just to change a night stay, what a rip-off!!!

We had a great stay here , the staff were exceptional , from the front desk to the shuttle driver we had absolutely no complaints and will most definitely be staying here again thank you guys so very much!!!

Surrounding area not the safest.

This hotel is garbage. The flip lock on the door was broken off, so i guess someone had kicked the door open at one time. The bed frame was busted so the matress was sagging. The a/c barely got cold in the room. The breakfast wasn't very good and a drugged up homeless guy kept just walking in the front door and grabbing food and coffee. The person at the front desk didnt seem to care. Worst hotel i've ever been to, just full of drunk 20 year olds that are in town for a concert and dont wanna pay alot for a room. If i could give a negative star review i would. DON'T STAY HERE!! Trust me

Where to begin? Absolutely, hands down worst stay in a hotel, ever. First we couldn’t even get in, because of drunk idiots in the parking lot that refused to move. It was after midnight and we were exhausted already and then to have to ask people to move out of the way 4 times? Which proved to be a waste. Because the front desk girl, although kind, misguided us that there was ample parking in the back. Well there was none and no way to turnaround which left us to have to backup a 26’ uhaul with trailer and park next to a sketch rv someone is clearly living in on the premises. Finally inside we were hoping it’d be good from here but our first room someone had taken a massive dump in and not flushed…which means it couldn’t have been cleaned by the housekeeper. The front desk girl graciously put us in another room which presumably looked cleaner but we slept with our clothes on just in case. The next day we were looking forward to breakfast on our way out. We were in the lobby around 9am, no eggs, and no care that there were no eggs, so no breakfast for us. Will never be back. Horrible part of town, best part of the experience aside from her lack of common sense was the front desk girl. But what can you expect I guess when you stay in the hood.

Terrible customer service never have I ever had to pay for a room I didn’t stay in yet, just to be able to get the room everyplace I have ever stayed you paid at check out The customer service from the front desk and Managment was terrible people don’t always stay at a hotel for fun it could be because of a family emergency or an unexpected trip that already has stress and now the terrible customer service only adds more unnecessary stress and frustration

Comfortable overnight stay on our long journey east. Staff was helpful to fix my booking date error.
