The front desk staff went above and beyond to help make our stay memorable. They were helpful and accommodating and truly made us feel welcome and cared about. The hotel itself was clean, the amenities were nice, the breakfast was honestly better than I was expecting it to be, but the desk staff is what really stood out and has put this hotel into the "would stay again" category for me. We were in town for a volleyball tournament, so I'm sure I'll be back in the years to come, and I'll be staying here.

Good place to stay. Nice, clean and well maintained. Lots of places to eat nearby and lots of shopping nearby. Staff was also very helpful with everything.

From the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted by all the staff including the janitors! The welcome to your home away from home was truly appreciated! One big shout out to Richard at the front desk for his excellent hospitality and service!

Went to Desert Diamond Arena for a concert. It was a 6 minute walk. Great room and shower. Only downside is that you have to pay for parking, when you’re staying at the hotel. It was 18$ on top of the hotel fare.

No cold. Water at all we ran the shower on cold for 30 mins straight and the water was steaming hot even in the sink

A special thank you goes to the breakfast staff from yesterday morning (Saturday), who kindly taught my 4-year-old niece how to play foosball while I was enjoying my breakfast. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Maria from the housekeeping department, who performs her responsibilities with commitment and a smile. And of course, the staff at the Front Desk, who always greet us with warmth and smiles!
