Stay for business maybe

It was an amazing stay and hope for the next time we go back to phoenix we can stay at this property or under the same ownership of the Hiltons it was very clean and great staff at the location. We really loved it!

Great stay, room is comfortable and clean. Safe with no events occurring. Not sure when there is events.

I attended a concert across the street at State Farm stadium so I walked. When the concert was over the Hampton Inn and Suites sign was not illuminated which created a little confusion since I don’t know the area. Other than that the stay was great

The room was very spacious. 2 queen beds and the bathroom is big. The only thing is the water pressure is very low. Breakfast bar was clean and amazing staff are there to always assist you. Pool was not working when we went there, would have been perfect for the Arizona heat!

The breakfast was amazing but at every Hampton Inn I have been to, people are very disrespectful and loading up plates of breakfast, leaving everything EMPTY. So it is the people that stay at these hotels, are very disrespectful and make a mess, take all the food, and then some places the kitchen staff will not refill it. Even if it's before breakfast time is over. The only 3 things that were disappointing were after people used at the pool, the elevator had dirt and water due to them not properly drying.

Room was better than expected. Staff check in was courteous. Breakfast was nice, a variety of hot and cold dishes. All areas of hotel was spotless. Location was great, easy access to venues. Definitely will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, but felt the beds were a little hard, we are used to softer mattresses.

Mayra from this hotels management team is stealing money. This hotel swiped my card directly on site for incidentals multiple times claiming it didn’t work. It went through twice, and posted to my statement. When I asked to refund, they claim Expedia “never paid them” for the nightly rate booking that was separate, so they’re keeping the extra charges. I sent them the Expedia charge for the nightly rate from my statement as well showing it was charged and paid, but they won’t respond. I’ve now paid the full nightly rate through Expedia + incidentals hold twice direct with hotel + parking. I also got a parking ticket from the city even though we paid for parking with the hotel, and had to call/email multiple times to get that resolved. The staff here are extremely unhelpful and inhospitable.

Our stay in the hotel was pleasant. The room was very clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, the front desk staff were kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Wonderful pillows. So nice to have bottled water as well.

Paying for parking was the only issue

Rooms were good, but staff was amazing!!

Our room was nice and spacious! Loved that there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash available for use. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the pool-super nice and refreshing especially for summer weather in Phoenix. This is our 2nd time staying with Hampton Inn and we will definitely be back!
