Comfort Suites At Virginia Center Commons

Lobby was sweltering hot . Could not change temperature in room below 72 it was so hot you could not sleep comfortably. Hotel was very clean breakfast was nice. Did not see much staff was at front desk 3 different times and no one was there had to call for someone. Checked out and they left basket on desk to drop the keys. Brought a drink did not relize it was almost $5.

Efficiency

I regretted staying at this hotel. The propery is run down, walls floors and furniture full of stains. The worst part is the lack of housekeeping for 5 whole days (even after asking). Breakfast buffet is the most depressing thing I've ever seen. Most of the staff are kind and try to be helpful, but the hotel is clearly very poorly managed. Cutting corners means bad service, and a bad experience. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere decent instead.

Room was old and not clean. The bathroom bath towel looks not clean saw some black spots on it.

The room was fine. The bathroom was the toilet keep overflowing just going to the bathroom n toilet small seat low to the ground for the price I paid I expect better than this

The room was not that clean. There was hair in the sink as we checked in and several stains on the couch. The room was spacious and quiet atmosphere.

We had a great visit and even forget the kids bear! We called and they had it a the front desk. We were able to pick it up on our way back!

Location was perfect for kids playing at Henrico sports complex. Everything was good

One of the elevators would not work properly all the time. It would occasionally stop between floors or the doors would not open. Had to reverse direction which then seemed to correct the issue. Cannot recommend this motel.

The hotel smelled clean from the entrance to the room. The room was clean and the cleaning lady in the elevator was welcoming and very nice. The room was nice and clean. The bed was not good. Other Comforts we have stayed at had better beds but this one was nicer and cleaner, for the money I would stay here 10 more times. Breakfast was better than decent for free with a great selection.

It seems this hotel is understaffed, all the trash cans on site were still filled upon arrival on a Saturday after 5pm. The rooms we originally were assigned to were really not clean. And 2 of the three rooms we were reassigned to had no soap in showers. The staff was really great, but I am not going to use choice hotels for awhile.

The shower door did not seal. And there was a problem with the main door. Food was great. Staff was pleasant. Conveniently located but a lot of construction traffic

We liked that the room was spacious and clean. The shower was unique, loved the rainfall-look. The staff was friendly.
