Fairly Clean, kids loved the pool.

Overall this was great. Kids loved the pool area. Everything was super clean. My only drawbacks would be our room was very warm even with AC set at 65....the minute we walked into the hallway the temp drop was obvious. The hotel is obviously doing upgrades which would be nice if done properly; like our bathroom sink cutout didn't fit the counter cut out so there was a large gap/hole between the sink and counter, but that wouldn't keep me from returning. Very nice place and we'll stay again.

An outside light could not be covered by and drapes. And a party next door, although muted somewhat in the walls, was still annoying enough to disrupt sleep.

President Grant's house was a very nice side quest, just a few miles away. I just wish Ithere were more food options.

We love this hotel and come here every year. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfasts are great, and my kids love the pool with the waterslide. We also enjoy the fresh baked cookies that are available at the front desk throughout the day.

The rooms were clean, my kids had a great time at the pool, the slide was an awesome addition, it’s our 2nd time here and we loved it every time.

The price is significantly overstated considering the quality of the hotel

Emma Jane was wonderful. I called a couple of weeks in advance because we were traveling with an infant and requested an early check-in. She said she would do her best to accommodate us. When I called again on the morning of our arrival, the staff was already working hard to get our room ready. Emma Jane remembered my request and was able to accommodate it, even though the hotel had been fully booked the night before. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service made a big difference in our stay. Thank you, Emma Jane!

Wonderful stay!

Nice hotel with a great indoor pool that has a fun slide. Breakfast was just okay.

The facility is focused on the family experience with a large pool area that had many water attractions for children. It also had a large game room. The staff were very accommodating, polite and professional. The room was clean, spacious and well stocked. The dining area was small. There wasn't enough space to walk between tables without bumping into a chair or a person. The front parking lot filled up forcing guests to park in the rear of the building. It was poorly designed. There wasn't a sign indicating there was parking in the rear. Had to travel out of the front parking lot, drive around the building to find more parking in back. The back entrance is poorly lit, with no sign indicating it was an entrance.

Staff is amazing here! I 100% recommend this hotel!

Clean room.Staff wonderful. All property looks little bit older. Swimming pool. It's it's smaller than I expected. Everything it was okay. We have affordable good stay

We enjoyed our stay. They have an excellent pool with a big water slide which both adults and kids could enjoy. Super location next to Walmart for picking up supplies and fuel. Cute town with unique shops and restaurants.
