I’m writing to raise a serious concern about my recent stay. Despite requesting daily housekeeping, my room was not cleaned on the 25th, 26th, or 27th. I contacted your front desk staff every single day, and each time they logged a request in your system to send housekeeping. No one ever came. Over three consecutive days, my room received no cleaning service at all. This is a significant lapse in the basic cleanliness and hygiene standards I expected and paid for. Given that the service was promised, logged, and repeatedly not delivered, I am requesting a refund for the affected nights. Please let me know how you’ll resolve this. I’m happy to provide my reservation details and the dates I contacted the front desk. Thank you, Chanukya

We stayed because we were attending a game at Levis stadium was a great location , only down was the plug in for electric vehicle was not working

Perfect place

The property, location and staff were great. If there was only one thing they could improve upon it would be the parking. It’s super expensive. That surprised me. Otherwise it was a pretty good deal.

Ideal for my stay

1. 3 days no housekeeping service 2. 1 day half serviced, cleaned bathroom but did not make the beds or empty the trash 3. All 7 days of my stay I had to go and get wash clothes as they were never placed in the room. I will not be staying at this property again.

Charge you a holding fee on your card and you don’t get it back

This place is an excellent choice for stay in the Bay area. Neat and spacious rooms, modern amenities and friendly staff. Need to pay $20/night for the daily parking though

On their website they said they have complimentary ev charging stations which is the sole reason why we rented an ev. The ones that were compatible with the ev we had were out of order. The staff was no help at all. They basically told us we had to charge it off site and that there was nothing they can do. So at this point we had no choice we had to charge our ev off site which was an extra cost and took hours away from my vacation and experience. We literally had to sit there for 2 hours each time we charged it. It was a crappy experience and I will never stay or recommend anyone staying at this hotel.

Hotel was easy to find, ample amount of parking, no issue checkin in it took one minute, the room had a nice view and was exceptionally clean Nothing i loved my stay
