It was ok not what I expected

My stay was excellent.

I had an excellent stay with extended stay.

Nice room and cleanliness is very well done I had a well stay for comfort other than the fact that there are no ice machines feel like it wel more likely help certain guest.

No coffee in the broom had a coffee pot but no coffee that was a bummer

Parking is very safe. Stay there if you can't afford anything else

It was nice & clean, the staff was friendly, breakfast was good, the room was great!

The room had a huge burn on the wall from the hot plate, side of the microwave had dirt and grease caked on. Paint was bubbling and rippling on one wall. Toilet seat had a broken clip. Every drawer and cabinet was scratched and chipped. Coffee pot was empy both days--free breakfast consisted of granola bar and cheap muffins.

Location The noisy guest in the next room playing there music until 4 in the morning

Room was disgusting, smelled terrible mold and mildew all over tge bathtub, bathroom smelled of sewer, hallways smelled of cigarettes even though it's non smoking, dishes I received were dirty, fridge was dirty, the didn't have cookware

Room is great, but got overcharged while check in. Contact Hotel.com and they refer me to contact the hotel directly. Contact CS from the hotel and they refer me to the Manager, where they stated they will contact me within 48 working hours. Very suspicious practice of running business.

Yes the room felt very neglected. Very dirty bathroom is the worst part of it.

Bed bugs, roaches, staines, toilet didnt work, tweekers passed out in the lobby and smelled like pee everywhere.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Clean room, quiet relaxing stay.
