the male staffs are amazing. they always have the best attitude. I would recommend staying here. Clean and comfortable

Sheets may have been changed between guests, but the rooms were not clean. Crumbs on the tables, hairs in the shower, etc. The hallway carpet needs to be replaced and smells like a pet shop.

They have bugs..I never got clean towels nor did my trash get emptied..and the water was off all day yesterday I couldn't even shower or brush my teeth before I went to work

Room wasn't clean. Floor wasn’t properly swept. Could hear other people in the room across from me and through the walls. Fire alarm was randomly pulled out of nowhere on my third night of staying. 2nd and 3rd floor hallways smell like cigarettes. Sometimes found bugs out of nowhere. There was some type of mess outside someone’s room and it was never cleaned. Honestly the whole stay was awkward for me. I never wanted to go outside my room at all for anything whatsoever. The smell was unbearable and the cleanliness of the place was so bad. I wouldn’t recommend any to stay here, especially with any kids or friends.

It CC was not managements fault that the fire alarm went off, but we had to stay outside and wait for the fire marshal.

Spend the 20$ extra and stay at one of the other 5+ places next door. Main hall was so bad smelling, no clean rooms at 6pm me and 3 other rooms were given a room they were dirty the kid at front desk was really nice and did everything he could to get things right but housekeeping you need to hire, roaches in bathroom. Just bad experience all around.

I didn't like nothing the property was dirty, my room was unclean, roaches running everywhere, black mold in the room. Tile missing on the floor, the mirror was hanging off the wall at the sink, look like somebody started maintenance on the room and never finished it and tried to run it out to me for a week. The regional manager was there I spoke to him he knew about the roaches he knew about everything that was going on and they still charged me for 2 days. I have pictures that I will be posting on Facebook Instagram all social media needs to know. The carpet was never vacuumed smells like mildew. I would never stay there again nor will I advise anybody else to stay there. Everybody but one young guy should be fired from that property, all the housekeeping should be fired the regional should be fired and and anybody working at the front desk other than the Young guy with the afro should be fired. I will also reach out to code enforcement in South Carolina and show them the pictures, absolutely unacceptable. I asked the regional for his name and his boss's name he refused to give me that just like Motel 6 has refused to give me that information.

The room was clean the lady at the front was ok til she wasn’t and then she was mean and the rooms had issues one the tv didn’t work so she moved use week she tried to that room wouldn’t open at all the door was stuck then she moved us up stairs and that room was very nice except the fire alarm was broken it beeped and the tv remote wasn’t great sp I called her to explain to her that the fire alarm was broken and she said I’ve accumulated y’all as much as I can, this is it and then she later called me at 1 am to ask me to bring the dolly down to her which I did not do. She woke me up seriously! I would like a refund please, the hotel hall smelled horrible also !!!!

I would not stay here again. $30 extra would have been worth it. Just a dirty enviroment

The ceiling literally fell on me and the rooms were infested with roaches.

My room has roaches crawling everywhere!! The place stinks of urine nothing smelled clean! We did not stay any longer than the 15 minutes it took us to get checked out which she still didnt do. She wrote a note about us leaving and never checked us out! The gentlemen the next morning when I drove back to check in my cancelation actually helped me get my refund settled they were great!

This place is prime example of you get what you pay for. It ix conveniently located near Carowinds amusement park. You have to turn into the Circle K and use the road behind their car wash to find the building. Lots of parking in parking lot

Refridgerator / freezer was not operational. Mattresses (both beds) were worn out and unsupportive. Almost impossible to sleep well in these beds. No, they did not leave the light on for me.

WRONG ! I should have known better since the only entrance is a gas station parking lot. The lobby had 5 buckets in the center of the front room where you check in . We stayed optimistic as we were in the check in process and the front staff , Myron, was so nice , also very patient with everyone he was helping.

The walls are falling apart. The room floors were sticky and dirty. There was dirt and dust all over the floor around the room. Dirty sheets. Bugs in my room as well as my neighbors. There's a reason this place is dirt cheap y'all.
