Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port & Convention Center

Room layout was really bad…bathroom door opened one inch from toilet,they should have given more space to this area ….fire whomever designed these spaces

Breakfast was horrible. Too many people not enough tables. We never got room cleaned or bed made. Told had to be there 3 days. For the money we paid we should have bed made clean towels and room cleaned!!!

Nothing special but serves the purpose for a 1 night stay close to the cruise port. Mold on the inside of our shower curtain, otherwise, satisfactory as far as clean. Lobby could use updating. We did not try breakfast. I would say ok for a quick place to sleep but wouldn’t stay here for a vacation stay.

Very nice hotel. Clean, nice staff, and easy to find. We arrived earlier than expected and the staff was very helpful in checking us in early. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay at the Hyatt in Fort Lauderdale. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with friendly and professional staff. The location is perfect for anyone catching a cruise the next day, offering easy access to Port Everglades and nearby restaurants. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the overall experience was stress-free. I would definitely stay here again before or after a cruise.

The staff was amazing. The room was very clean. We stayed one night on route elsewhere The next day. The only downside was the constant slamming of doors and loud voices at night, and thats not the fault of the staff.

La.habitacion estaba limpia, acogedora, la ducha muy buena, solo no me gusto que el aire de la habitacion estubo un poco ruidoso....por lo demaa todo muy bien

The rooms were nice, breakfast could use some work. But overall not bad There transport company they use were closed when we got in. There hours need to be updated on there website/ booking list. When we asked about it the lady from the company was rude when we asked about it.
