Fairfield By Marriott Inn & Suites Foley

Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean.

The stay was great but there was some issues with the fire alarm. So it went off 3 times in the midst of an hour or 2 spans. It was also midnight/1am

Staff was very nice

This hotel was mid. I traveled for the entire week on vacation and went to multiple hotels and out of each this would be my least favorite hotel. Although the sheet was clean, the mattress had obvious spots on it. The bathroom was not maintained that well. I couldn't get the air conditioner to go off. I let the front desk know and he gave me instructions with how to do it but that still didn't work. I would say, this hotel is a 6/10. If you are looking for a place to stay that is affordable and reasonably price, this is it, but anything else is a hit or miss.

We stayed for 4 days while visiting friends and enjoying the beaches and fishing. Beds were awful. Our room was only cleaned once the entire time. Hotel was fairly new however construction work inside the room was very poor. Parking was convenient. Close to numerous restaurants. Pool was small. Breakfast had several options to choose from. Coffee was exceptional. Staff were friendly.

The rooms were not clean as well as common areas. They do not clean the rooms but every 2 days not counting the day you check in and when they cleaned our room they didn’t do a good job. I had to go down to the front desk to get more towels and wash clothes also a new bottle of shampoo because ours was empty. When the beds were not made after the second day I complained for the second time and was told that their green policy is that they don’t change the sheets until after 5 days. I had to put the trash and dirty towels in the hallway for them to pick up. We were not the only ones because when you walk down the hallway in the morning you have to dodge other people’s trash and linens. I will be contacting Marriot that runs the chain. Also I am a 100 percent disabled veteran and they gave me two different answers of why they don’t give a military discount. When I checked in the lady told me that they could not give a discount because they had a new computer system that was installed 3 days ago. When I complained the second day the man told me that they didn’t give a discount at that hotel with no explanation of why. Hopefully people will see and read this review because they should not stay at this hotel for all the reasons stated. The are robbing customers of their money by not providing basic services that other hotels do.

Everything was very neat, clean, easy. The only issue I would say is the closing of room doors sound like they slamming but overall it's the nicest Fairfield I've been in a while.

The location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. It was also close to the beaches. The breakfast was alright,but didn't have anything to drink, but coffee. And the hotel looked new the grounds was well kept and the pool. The rooms weren't comfortable at all because the air-conditioned wasn't working properly, but the bed was comfortable but kept me itching. Bugs was in one of the rooms I purchased.

It was by all the things we like to do, when we didnt have a beach day planned. It was only 20 minutes from the beach It was clean

Nice clean room with room to move around. Initially, was a little loud by the door, but over in the room was quiet. Slept so well. Bed and pillows are comfortable.
