Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Foley

Hotel was way to expensive for a mid to low level hotel. Only saving grace was it was fairly new.

Nice place to stay. My only issue was that the curtain was in a fixed position and would not close to make the room dark. And also, please add the no-slip things in the tub. I didn't like hearing dogs bark in other rooms at all hours.

One improvement could be relocating the toilet paper holder. Was hard to reach behind me and get it.

We booked this last minute and it did not disappoint. Felt clean. They had hot food for breakfast. Staff was great! We didn’t use the fitness center or pool as it was a quick stop for the night but I would definitely go back!

Traveled here for work, the staff is exceptional! The only downside is the attention to detail on the cleanliness of the hallways and main areas. Otherwise it was a great stay!

The stay was great, clean and in a very nice peaceful location. The staff was also kind and helpful, I would recommend.

The hotel could do a better job with cleaning. Our room had a soda can under the bed and trash behind and under the couch. The hallway floor was very sticky. If you stay more than three days, they clean the room by removing dirty towels on the floor and emptying the trash. No full clean unless you ask them to.

Staff was amazing and so was the hotel !

The room also appeared worn and not very clean, with noticeable issues on the walls. We had concerns about the shower curtain as well. After we complained, the staff moved us to a standard two-queen room, which actually cost less than the room we originally booked. While the replacement room was fine and met our needs, there was no discussion about a refund or reimbursement for the price difference. On a positive note, the hotel itself was generally clean, and the breakfast was good. They also hosted an evening social hour with complimentary food, wine, and beer, which was a nice touch. The property was quite crowded during our stay, with many children and youth groups present, so it wasn’t the quietest environment. Overall, the staff addressed our room concerns by relocating us, but I was disappointed that there was no compensation offered after we paid more for a room that had multiple issues.

Coffee was very good all day long.

So advice is check your toilet before unpacking!

The location

Check in was so fast and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good selection (sausage, egg, cereal, waffles) our room was very clean and spacious. The pool was also really nice and warm!
