Also, when calling the front desk to ask for correction of the selected room, I could not understand the lady who answered the phone, therefore I could not get the issue resolved.

Nothing There was 5 roaches as soon as we entered the room

It is conveniently located near the airport (13 minutes from the parking garage for early flights). Clean and tidy.

The shower/tub faucet didn’t work otherwise was fine. Was annoyed that when I checked in there was a hassle and at first said I had to wait to check in at 3 pm even though I had paid the night before as well and finally got ironed out and I asked to add an additional night, which was available on Expedia where I booked, but I wanted to add through front desk because if I booked through Expedia it would be as a separate booking and didn’t want to worry about the issue of having to check out at 11 per my reservation I already had and then back in at 3 and he told me to check in again later and wouldn’t add it so I had to do it through Expedia and go through the headache of ensuring I would have the same room and wouldn’t be expected to check out etc. could have been more customer service oriented/helpful overall and in that regard.

There bugs in the room and the owner was rude and not helpful at all . I still didn't receive the refund the owner issued. Booking .com needs to refund my money for the room I never used because it was dirty and full of bugs . I have pictures Same rude staff Dirty Bugs

The room was cozy The shower was not super clean had spots of dirty

We stayed around back where most of the rooms were filled with live ins. The room was ok, but the noise from the airplanes flying into the airport was very loud.

Check in and out was very easy and good location to the concert venue/ stadium A roach literally crawled my feet while I was laying in the bed. Then I killed another in the bathroom

The receptionist was awesome.

I ended up not staying here because of poor inormation from the property as to getting there by public transit, and my travel rep whom I felt was trying to upsell me which I specifically asked not be done. I quickly canceled the whole thing and saved money with another better option. I had zero patience and tolerance for the nonsense.

Easy check in. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean rooms.

Found cockroaches crawling around the fridge and a used band aid in the bed. Place was pretty gross.

Nothing The shower was broken the ac didnt work and asked for a 1st floor due to children and animals but got put on a 2nd floor there was cigarettes in the window of a non smoking room to.
