Very nice place to stay

The hotel and room was not very clean. During interactions with staff, they were not very friendly and seemed annoyed when we asked for items that should've already been in the room. The pool was very small and not very clean. Would not recommend staying here.

Lots of shopping and dining options. Very nice and big buffet breakfast. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Traveled for an event, and the room that was provided was a 2 queen room. One of the beds had a urine stain on sheets that soaked through to mattress cover. This affected may stay entirely sine we had my wife and child with me. Send me a refund or credit if your service is reputable.

Adequate stay, good for a night but not great for an extended stay.

Stains on the carpet and floor boards. It was gross. Room 313.

Needed a fan in the bathroom, a nightlight would help. Needed a clock. The breakfast coffee despenser ran out of coffee. Had to ask the front desk to check with the kitchen help to refill. Ran out of oatmeal. Coffee cup lids would be helpful.

Very courteous staff and they even extended our stay for 3 hours as our flights got delayed. So we dint have to roam around without room. Excellent service. Highly recommended. None

Staff, breakfast, cleanness

I was not able to contact ANYONE that my wife had an auto accident to cancel my reservation. I will NEVER use hotel.com again and will not pay the bill.

This is the best hotel in the area for the money. The rooms are always clean. The staff is super cool. Ill stay here anytime I'm working in Florence, Covington, Hebron etc.

Great location to shopping and restaurants. Had king bed room and we found it not so comfortable . Usually we pick Marriott for the beds but we did not find it comfortable at this location. We felt like a topper was needed. Everything was great except room service while out of room was lacking . We got towels and shower cleaned but nothing else.

Good over night stay

The breakfast was kinda blah and they wouldn’t give me my Marriott Bonvoy points since I booked through Expedia. I’ve never had this happen before. It was cheaper on Expedia rather than their own website.
