La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati Airpt Florence

Mikey went out of his way to accommodate my mother in law for her shower. Then I was there when he had people that were complaining very rudely and he held his composure very well.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean.

There seems to have been black mold in the room due to water damage in the ceiling. Other than that, great but peeps with asthma may want to avoid.

Clean rooms

I liked the hot tub and the bed was very comfortable. There was a lady at the pool with her kids and they were really rowdy and splashing so that was kinda terrible though. The echo from the front desk was very loud. It was after midnight and I could hear the front desk clerk talking very loudly with someone in the lobby repeatedly. I also could hear them going through a locked door near the elevators after midnight many times and it was a very loud door. I had to go down to the front desk after I tried calling 2 times with no answer. The room next door had someone playing music really loud after midnight. That took 2 tries to get that to stop! It was a rough night for sure!

It was very clean and close to the airport. A/C wouldn’t stay on. It kept shutting off

It was very clean It was impossible to sleep on the sofa bed; it was too hard, and you could feel the wood frame. Breakfast was good, but the person in charge spent the whole time on their phone instead of checking to make sure everything was stocked.

The location is very convenient. It’s near by a lot of restaurants and markets. The pool closes too early.

Just wish they had transportation to and from hotel to airport

Poor facilities. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly, carpet was torn.

Mike at the front desk was exceptional.I had reserved a handicap room with walk in shower and had gotten atub with shower chair.He was so accomidating and easily moved us to another room with walk in shower.The only thing i would suggest for your handicap rooms is the possibility of a lower bed for those that can only transfer from w/c to bed.Otherwise our stay was great. T Height of bed for w/c bound person to transfer.

Well the night we stayed there was a couple next to us who the lady was screaming at the guy for at least 2 hrs. Kept us up all night. Called front desk . They finally asked them to leave. I wanted a refund but was told no at the time. Took my name and number for the manager to contact me , who never did call me about it. We will never stay there again. And we are planning a trip to the Zoo with grandkids. We will stay somewhere else. This was supposed to go in what I didn't like. Oops In the upper one. Not typing again. Read above comment
