Hyatt Place Cincinnati Airport / Florence

We stayed here one night before a flight. We had a car to return so didn't use the shuttle. The room was clean and well laid out (we had a suite with a sofa). There was plenty of room for us to do some repacking. The staff were helpful and breakfast in the morning was very nice. The price was good too. We would stay again if we needed to fly in or out of CVG airport.

Overall, our bedrooms were very spacious and clean! We had a sofa bed in our room, so that was a plus for a larger family like ours. We definitely would stay at this hotel again!

It was a good place to stay! Spacious room and good amenities! The only negative was the AC didn’t get down to the temperature we wanted, it wasn’t working properly.

Property was good. My vehicle was broken into overnight as well as several other vehicles parked by me. I guess no security cameras in the property?

I always try to stay at a Hyatt Place when I can. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is always good, and the facilities are always clean. The Hyatt Place in Florence/Cincinnati Airport met the standards I can expect from a Hyatt Hotel. My family thoroughly enjoyed the selection of free breakfast and the pool that was well-stocked with towels. The staff at the desk were super friendly at check in and parking is great. No matter where you park, you’re never too far from an entrance. We enjoyed our stay!

We were happy with everything!

The beds were horrible. My back and neck are killing me after sleeping in the bed for less than 6 hours. One of the beds was also so close to the air conditioner I had to crawl into the bed from the bottom.

We were there for just a weekend but we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a nice area that’s close to restaurants and shopping.

All was great!! Shuttle bus driver was awesome!!

Two things I did not like were the bathroom door in proximity to the toilet. It is far too close and the housekeeping staff knocking on and trying to open our door at 8 am. Check out is at noon so there should be NO reason for them bothering us at 8 am. (there were no "do not disturb" signs to use.) Normally, by 8 am we are up, but this happened to be the morning after the tornados and when did not get to sleep until after 4 am due to no electricity in the room (not the hotels fault)
