Didn't receive room service during a 2 night stay. Ancient gym equipment. Hot tub was luke warm at best.

We were there for the weekend for my son baseball tournament. The rooms were nice and bed was comfortable, The front desk was very nice.

The worst coffee ever! Slamming doors and noise beyond all comprehension. No pool or hot tub, so it’s false advertisement on the Hotels.com website. Nice enough staff, but overall not worth the money and very disappointing.

Great stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was nice and lobby very clean. No entry from back parking area even though there is a door, that is an inconvenience as a guest. The room was clean however the bathroom still had dirty washcloths and towel hanging on shower curtain. Also the safety certificate in elevator expired in 12/04/25

The breakfast was actually awful, cold eggs and breakfast meats. The warmers were not warm. The apple juice dispenser was broken and in The coffee is from a machine that was not monitored and every time I went for coffee all I got was a very watered down something, mostly hot water. But, it was in a convenient location and quiet.

Had to request bedding for the pull-out sofa, which was fine, but was told there were no pillows. Room never seemed to get cool.

if all you are looking for is a bed this is not a bad place to stay but if you are looking for the free breakfast go somewhere else. Not much there if they are open when they advertise. Not much selection. The room was ok, but the staff does not clean or replace towels every day. We were there 5 days and only had them come in to clean twice. Plenty of parking as most nights there wasn't many rooms occupied.
