The staff was helpful but we were charged twice after we got there I paid on the Hotels.com then the lady charged me again and we haven’t gotten our money back yet other than that everything was good

There is one ice machine! Roaches in the rooms and or mold! They surely have an issue with towels! You give them 5 they give you one back! Definitely don’t read recent reviews bc they obviously are not very honest! It’s not worth the pence and save to go cheaper for a team to book majority of the rooms for a tournament at all! They surely push the 9 pm pool closing to kids that’s been in the heat all day they’ll come out at 7:02pm to warn you 9 pm! Air conditioning in some of our rooms worked and some didn’t!

Daily cleaning good. Grunge in the bathroom corners and cracks. It needs a detail clean, like hands and knees with an old toothbrush. The old laminate floor planks are curling and the corners are breaking in many places. The bed is very good. Vanity separate from bath and tub is a plus. The lady doesn't take over the bathroom while makes herself pretty. The breakfast hits all the points for a free hotel breakfast. Egg patties, sausage links, a pancake machine, plus all the usual stuff. Friendly staff, but I didn't challenge them with complaints or requests. Bottom line, worth the price.

It wasn’t fancy but had everything you needed. We have stayed one night for the last 6 weeks & stayed in different rooms but they were all clean & the accommodations were always up to my expectations. It has a good location close to downtown Florence. We are there for medical reasons & think it is a fair price for what we need. They have an ice machine located in a hallway & the hall itself was empty in the Coke & snack machines. It could stand a cleaning & a little sprucing up.

Room didn’t smell clean, they accommodated we moved to a different room it was better. No pool hours posted at pool they come out and tell you it closes at 9.p.m which seemed kinda early, no big deal but the next day they don’t open the pool till 12p.m a hour after check out so no going to the pool early that morning before you check out. I feel like that is unreasonable, overall not a competently terrible place to go on a budget.
