Quality Inn Asheville Airport

Smelled terrible and there was a dirty washcloth and dirty pair of underwear that we found and who knows how long it had been there

Unfortunately, the pool and pool area were closed.

Facility was clean and tidy. Was not aware of pool being closed before arrival. Found out they are waiting on inspection.

It was totally fine for what you pay for it.

The plug points were not working so the lamp is not turned on

The bed had sand between the blanket and each of the sheets and even underneath the fitted sheet on the mattress and this ruined my sleep for the first night. Front desk confirmed housekeeping does not have vacuums and so they couldn't clean the sand.

The floor was sticky / disgusting dirty!

The bed had some pieces of sand, the TV didn't work. Left before breakfast to take the airport shuttle.

It’s really close to the airport, fairly priced.. nothing crazy extravagant but I felt pretty safe as a solo female traveler. I was able to get late checkout without an issue and the staff was super sweet! Great spot if you arrive late at night like I did and need a quick place to crash before fully starting an Asheville vaycay

The sink in the room was a bit dirty, with several hairs in it. The breakfast items were pretty basic, but not bad. The staff was nice and helpful.

Seems to be focused on temporary housing for transients

Excellent service and stay. The manager was very helpful and kind. Great experience.

This hotel is definitely showing its age. The room was dated and had a slight cigarette smell despite being advertised as non-smoking. The bed was extremely firm and not very comfortable. The staff were okay—nothing particularly good or bad to report. Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay, but I was glad we were only there for one night.

The room was not very clean, the floor was very dirty, did not want to be bare foot at all in the room and specifically the bathroom area.

The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 was that no one came in to service my room. I understood that if your stay was 4 days it would be serviced. I needed my trash out and fresh towels. I’m sure if I would have asked it would have been taken care of. Overall, great place! Clean, comfortable, and safe. I will go there again next year
