Clarion Inn Asheville Airport

I have stayed here two times and had to change rooms because the bathrooms was dirty when checked in. I won’t be staying at this hotel again.

The fitness room is wedged between two guest rooms and neither of the treadmills worked properly. One of the treadmills was completely out of order, with a sign; the other stopped after about 2 1/2 minutes. The pools were fine, but the connection between the outside and inside pools was closed off. The staff was nice and helpful. The entire hotel needs an update.

Airport shuttle people were very nice!

The wifi was basically nonexistent, the treadmills in the fitness room do not work properly. The fitness room is wedged between two guest rooms o. The first floor. There is no full length mirror in our room. The brackets are there, but there is no mirror. The cleaning crew was really nice and accommodating.

I judge hotels by cleanliness, the bed, and quietness. This hotel got a 100% in all 3! Check-in and check-out were a breeze! The hot breakfast buffet was very nice and the coffee bar gets another 100%! This place was a great value with many nearby restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! Very clean and kept up property

I was so exhausted i ignored the faucet in the bathtub that wouldnt turn off. This was not a drip or a trickle it was a steady stream of water and by the looks of the water stain this had been going on for some time. It also could be the reason that the floor between the bathroom and the bed was wet. I tried calling the front desk and never got an answer, my last night there i asked the young lady if anyone else had reported the faucet in my room not turning off she said replied "No" and went back to watching the soccer game. I couldnt watch TV because there was no remote to the TV. I went to the front desk and was given the wrong remote i guess.

Stay here often and never disappoints! Great stay awesome staff!

The lobby was very nice. The breakfast was fantastic. They served sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, toast, waffles, and many other breakfast items. The stairs and hallway were a little bit dingy.

The breakfast was excellent and loved the outdoor pool. The late check out time was accommodating for me given my plans. I had an issue with the tv and a bathroom tub faucet leak. The front desk staff was quick about fixing the problem by moving me to a new room.

The room smelled like a dog upon entering the room.

The rooms were very clean and the desk clerk who helped us at check in was quite possibly the nicest and most helpful person I've ever met. Her name is Debbie I believe and she really needs to be recognized and rewarded. From check in to check out I couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you

Great customer service experience and well kept public areas. The bathroom has rust in the tub and the doors were flimsy. It was still a place I would stay again but it’s a little pricy for the room value.

For a cheaper basic hotel, it has several nice amenities. Our favorite was the indoor pool, which was very warm. It was also nice to have the option of the outdoor pool although the water was still pretty chilly when we visited in early June. The breakfast offered many options and was on the better end of a typical hotel breakfast. Although there were lots of guests when we stayed, we heard very minimal noise. The hotel is somewhat dated and in need of some maintenance, especially in the hallways and stairs, but we experienced no issues during our stay. There are also plenty of restaurants and stores nearby which made it very convenient. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to people staying in the South Asheville area.

Close to the interstate. The room was gross. There was hair all over the bathroom, the sheets had stains on them, the beside table was covered with a sticky substance. Everything was dated but the reviews online and on Booking made it sound very different and more clean.
