The room was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. I love that they provide carts to take your bags to the room. Every cottage is set up as a tiny house with chairs outside on the porch. The refrigerator was big and even had a freezer. The bed was soft and comfortable. We loved the bathroom and especially the shower! It's pet friendly and it's hard to find that on the island, so I was very grateful for that! It was quiet despite that it's so close to the beach and on a main road. Several locations are within walking distance including the beach, Sliders and Danucci's Ice Cream Shop. The plant life that surrounds the cottages was really awesome! There were fruit trees (even banana trees) and other local plant life. It was an excellent stay at a fair price! Definitely recommend and would stay again! Be sure to read the handbook provided in each cottage. It will be helpful for you. The pillows were a little uncomfortable. There were 2 thick pillows and 2 thinner ones. I tried a thicker one the first night and had to trade for a thinner one in the middle of the night. You can't expect them to predict everything for every guest. The room was great and the stay was wonderful! We spent 4 nights there.

Location was great! The size and convenience of the cottage were perfect. The staff were friendly. This place is a gem! The light bulbs on the lamps on both sides of the bed were out. Also, I never officially received my agreement, so I didn’t know exactly what I agreed to and what my responsibilities were. But, neither concerned me enough to impact my stay.

The people were friendly and extremely helpful. Lots of nice wonderful smiles. When I entered the room I thought it smelt like smoke. I said to myself it must be my imagination. Because it said no smoking in the rooms. When I left the place and opened up my suit cases at my daughter’s. All my clothes smelt like cigarette smoke. I realised I wasn’t imagine-the odour. My fault I should have asked for a room change. The place was so adorable but the cigarette smoke on my clothes is why I didn’t give a ten.

Ive been admiring these little cottages for quite some time and finally had a need to stay. They are nestled amongst beautiful old trees and connected by a boardwalk. They are absolutely charming on the outside and there was a small pond with a waterfall next to mine. Flowers on the rails in flower boxes. The interior was quite cute and larger than i expected. It felt " homey" Was also surprised by the kitchen which had a large refrigerator, a large hot plate , and utensils and cookware, though I did not use any of the cooking utensils. Bathroom was spacious and nicely decorated. There was a small couch with lounger on it and a nice, large television. The room was comfortably cooled with a mini split and a ceiling fan. Cottage 19, which is the first one you pass, reaked of Marijuana. The windows were up so that may be the reason it was so strong. I totally understand it could have been used for medicinal reasons, but since the cottages are " no smoking" i was confused. My room had been smoked in even though there were no smoking signs. I was only there one night but my clothes and bags still smell of smoke. There was a thick layer of dust on too of the refrigerator, and on the shelf where the bowls and cups were kept. The floor by the front door was sticky, but that was the only place. Bed "looked" very comfy, but if you didnt move frequently, it was almost impossible to turn over. It felt like I was sinking. There was some mold on the inside of the shower door, and a used wash cloth hanging over the top rail. The bathroom window had been left unlocked. Im glad I noticed it because there was a dark, wooded alley way on that side of the cabin. This is not the fault of the establishment, but my neighbors had kids( or just one) that ran constantly from 4p-930 and started again at 630. It was very annoying.

Close to the beach. Private and felt secluded. Nice cottage. Room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked it. Stayed before and it was really clean. One night alarms went off in other cottages at 3am and I couldn’t get back to sleep. I know things happen so I’m not upset or mad about it.

After a day the room had a strong mildew smell. The fire alarm went off at 1 am and disrupted my sleep

Perfectly located for a stroll to the beach Can’t blame it for the rain!
-
Very cozy and clean. Would recommend to anyone. I may have overlooked / missed this because I booked last minute but there was no soap for bathing provided.
-
Nice and cozy The room wasn’t as clean as we were used to.
-
The TV was very difficult to operate, even our neighbors next door had trouble trying to help us. A toaster and a mixing bowl would have been nice.

Lovely place to stay. Would like yo stay again.
-
Shower curtain very soiled and wash rags very old.
-
Dusty, lots of spiders inside( brown recluse). Very dangerous for those with children

I love the way it’s tucked away yet within walking distance of the beach

Location was great! Within walking distance to beach and ice cream shop.

Great location right next to a nice beach and rooms are nice and clean. There are also a lot of good places to walk to nearby and eat or get ice cream. Did a speed test of their internet and their internet maxed out at 2 megabytes max and wifi only had 2 signal bars. My gf tried to do her online school and couldn't even get a YouTube video to load. Staff also never replied when asked if we could be allowed to use the wifi labeled guest wifi that had full signal bars. The water pressure was also really bad and you only have 6 or 7 minutes of hot water so make sure you wait between showers. And to do laundry you have to leave the property and go to a laundry mat. Its a nice spot but missing a lot of amenities.
