Ramada by Wyndham Cleveland Airport West

Bed was very comfortable and easy check in and check out process. Quiet stay and friendly staff. Overall the biggest amenity is that it’s close to the airport.

Parking was safe, staff at counter were clear on check-in instructions but charged $25 for early check-in and an $80 security deposit which was not expected as I've never payed a deposit in any hotel I've stayed in the past. Room was decent but not many amenities like microwave or fridge. Beds were comfortable and air condi was in working condition

The manager was rude. When he picked me up from the airport, he told me he almost left me even though I got there right at 1:00 like I was told to. They tried to charge me for a full night even though I got there the same day as my check in. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel appeared a little rundown and deserted. Me and my son did not feel safe and ended up checking out.

When choosing hotels I usually stay with brand names because it implies a certain level of quality control, but clearly not in this case. The bed was a metal platform bed that created loud enough to wake me every time I rolled over. You could see daylight under the door to the room through the 1/4in gap between the door sill and the bottom of the door. The flooring isn't lined up with the walls so there are sharp corners that aren't safe if you have kids. The bathroom door was missing a chunk out of the bottom of it. Tons of paint overspray all over the floor. Overall I was shocked that Wyndham would accept being associated with this property

Clean room. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Large fridge--approx 3 ft tall. No freezer. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. I would book with them again.

Room clean , air conditioning good and parking good

Breakfast was cold…. The food obviously gets bad if doesn’t have the right temperature people can get sick because that… i even told the guy at the lobby an he act like he didnt care… everything else was ok!

The big three. Good bed, good shower and good wifi. Throw in proximity to the airport. It's a little worn around the edges but a great bargain. The coffee and breakfast. But then again all hotel coffee is bad.

We liked they had an airport shuttle which we used.

Place is not properly advertised. It’s a motel. Felt very unsafe.

No hot water, bed had a metal frame and weak spring mattress.

Exceptional

Very limited breakfast, and the hot food was not even warm. No ketchup or hot sauce… bare minimum!! The only good part of the stay was the bed!!!
