Nice staff. Furniture in the room was in rough condition and sorely needs replacement

Skeptical at first when I got there but that quickly changed when I got checked in the staff was very professional kind and helpful.

Everything was fine until there was a problem. Then it became “Not My Job.”

Note . Rm 115 next to exit and across from reception is NOT conducive to sleeping in. I'll be back send me a discount

The hotel rooms need updated outlets and USB ports. Bathroom tub needs some maintenance. The room was ok but the kitchen area needs to be cleaned better. The floor of the elevator had something sticky spilled in it and house keeping saw it and left it. Definitely get what you pay for. It was nice that laundry was free.

Better than the one I stayed at in Westlake by a mile !! Felt cleaner and better maintained a good 7/10.

It’s not clean it smelled. They had dogs in the hallway with food in the hallway.

Consistent and convenient

The snack room was picked over, practically empty, and what was there was 3X overpriced. The room: the bathtub didn’t hold water, the shower curtain wasn’t long enough to keep the floor from getting wet, the water in the shower stream Hurt, the the bed sheets were ripped in multiple places, the a/c was moody, one of two tv remotes didn’t work (and it’s not a matter of changing batteries), the dishes were dirty, the coffee pot O M G… The bed was comfortable, I will say and there was indeed a large table (and large space in general) which came in handy. I’d be curious to know what the other Sonesta is like, but I’ll never chance it.

Didn’t like: only thing missing were face cloths and hand towels. Otherwise this was a great experience. Megan at the check in was efficient and courteous. I checked out at 4:45 am but never saw the desk staff, but she did say good morning. I would return to this place. Good value for the price!!

Parking was good. The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was helpful. I did not cook in the kitchen. I used the fridge and microwave. I did notice the store was very skimpy on items for sale.

The place is conveniently located walking distance to a Walmart, you can cook and prepare meals. Good place and very convenient!

The room smelled very bad - kitty litter or cat pee. I believe when walking within the room I stepped on some litter pellets left behind. The smell was so bad.

The vibe was seedy like that if an old horror movie where you scream "don't go in!". The toilet and shower were moldy and the mirror had what I hope was soap splatter, giving me concerns about what couldn't be seen (I didn't bring a black light). With that and the smells (smoke and mold), I didn't feel comfortable setting my bags on the carpet or touching anything else in the room. When I asked to cancel my additional days of my reservation to go to a different hotel, the front desk said if need to call back to talk to a manager, but no one was ever available when I called. The check in process was reminiscent of an old timey hand written book (yes, a literal note book), but not as quaint. Heed the warning. Spend an extra $40 and stay nextdoor.

This hotel overbooked for the night I was booked and didn’t have a room for me when I came to check in. They didn’t offer to help me find a place to stay or offer any sort of solution. Expedia was also extremely unhelpful, offering repeatedly to put my son and I in a roach motel for the night. I ended up having to spend double the original price and took 3 hours to get into another hotel

They had my reservation but said they don’t have any rooms. It was already midnight.

I was frustrated so I asked what to do, I just drove 3.5 hours tired, arriving 2 am not finding my reservation. She said you don’t have to be rude I have to speak to manager, I said go speak with your manage, so she left and my son overheard her saying “Ahole”!!! I filed a complaint the next day with assistant manager and all she said we will investigate and get back to you. No apologies, no compensation offered, no response back until today. This is arrogant, defensive, not customer driven in a customer base business. I filing complaint with Expedia for total refund and apology
