Perfect place to stay at Estes Park. Clean and functional. Beautiful view and close to restaurants and bars. Totally recommended!

We had a wonderful time! Grounds and room were very well maintained. The hot tub had a wall around it giving it privacy. Great firepit out front with chairs to relax in the evening. Within walking distance to downtown. RMNP within 15 minutes. Great location! Staff was delightful and attentive to needs. Highly recommend!

The property was very nice and well maintaqined. Location is great, within easy walking distance of downtown Estes Park. Our deck had a nice fire pit, and was private while providing a great view. Linda was very nice and focused on customer happiness. The bed was comfortable and it was easy to get a cool breeze in the bedroom at night. The TV gave us some trouble - right in the middle of a movie the TV switched to another show without the remote being touched, then the TV mostly would not respond to the remote. Took about 20 minutes to get back to our show. The worst negative, however, was the sofa. It was very uncomfortable, and after sitting on that sofa my wife had a severe backache that lasted for three days.

This property has an amazing location that is walkable to downtown. It is well maintained and has the great relaxed vacation vibe with for hanging out at the firepits and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the suite was stocked with everything we needed for comfort. The staff was very responsive and very accommodating. We would stay hear again anytime we go to Estes Park.

Nice hotel in a great location for walking around Estes Park

Excellent location, easy walk to downtown. Tastefully updated room. Firewood already in the fireplace on arrival! Easy parking. The construction work other reviewers mention has concluded, so traffic noise was minimal in February (I would expect considerably more traffic in summer, though). Friendly hosts. Comfy bed. Smart TV with all the apps. This property has done much better than most in town at reducing the lingering odor of in-room cigarette smoke from decades past. Walls are very thin. Not the property's fault that we had an especially noisy neighbor, but you do hear everything in adjacent units, even normal footsteps from those above you. Next time we'll request a second-floor unit. There was also a faint musty odor that, if you've stayed in Estes before, you'll recognize as not unique to this property.

The location to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park couldn't be better and the staff that works the office is fantastic. I stayed in #12 the regular King room and even though it was nice to have a king bed it does make it tight to get around on the side opposite the bathroom. A Queen bed would probably be plenty for the room.

It was in a convent location and very clean staff was efficient and speedy. I was expecting to pay almost 300 dollars less after a cleaning fee, the creamer provided was expired

Staff went above and beyond even when I made a mistake on my date

Comfortable beds and great location very walkable to downtown Estes park. The apartment is advertised to accommodate 8 people, but it only offers one parking spot and is equipped for just 6 guests in several key areas. There were only 6 forks, knives, plates, and seats at the dining table. While there are 8 beds, the rest of the amenities don’t fully support that number, which made our stay a bit inconvenient.

Really enjoy the location, the hot tub/Jacuzzi, and the friendly staff The bed sank too much, hard to get up. Also not enough places or hooks to hang up wet clothings. Not washer/dryer at the location.

Close to downtown- comfy beds

Convenient to shopping, restaurants & Rocky Mountain National Park. Older, but well kept.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent—within walking distance to the main market and close to Rocky Mountain. Although the facility and appliances are a bit old, the convenience of the location makes it worthwhile and kitchen helped us save during the trip.

Location was perfect and easy to get around everywhere. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Only 2 coffee pods for kureig. Would be good to know to bring coffee in the write up of the room for coffee drinkers.
-
The location was fantastic! It was right downtown. You could walk everywhere - loved the location! Wish the hot tub had been working - sad!

The location is fantastic. It’s literally right across the street from the river walk, shops and restaurants. The street noise and very thin walls between units. The traffic noise kept us up both nights we were there. The mattress was also lumpy.

Towels, 3 guest only provided 2 towels. Asked for more and they did not give more.
