It looked clean, but it didn't smell good. The fan in the bathroom was coming off and the paint over the crack above the shower was peeling off. The blackout curtain didn't block much light.

Breakfast same as one would expect at any Best Western, but skip their lobby coffee, it's in need of replacement & brews a bitter burnt cup. Clean tasting water & juice my kids drank were fine so overall a good stay.

The room was a nice size for all we needed. Everything was clean and appropriately stocked with enough towels. The breakfast was plenty with several options. Nothing was out of stock and the staff even came around offering food in case anyone wanted anything. The staff was friendly to work with. A very nice place to stay and sleep and re energized.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Decent breakfast and location was close to a lot of eating and shopping options.

Children screaming in a car in the parking lot at 11PM. Hearing your neighbors kids running around in the room next door at 11:15 PM. The breakfast was nasty and very poor quality. The mystery muffin I'm guessing consists of potato and wheat glued together with egg? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Couldn't tell, and they were dry. Next main course was diced potatoes which were bland and lukewarm. Then there were biscuits and gravy, Which I didn't trust so I refrained. The DIY pancake maker churned out gelatinous wafers that would make even my dog second guess his life choices. I'm borderline obese and I threw them away. Yogurt out of a vending machine was also disheartening, although the texture was at least familiar. The orange juice was careful to label itself a "cocktail" to prevent misleading folks into thinking it was actually orange juice. The coffee was proud to be Folgers, which seems like an oxymoron. My wife did like the pillow though.

A fine place to stay Convenient to the highway, restaurants & clean

I called before booking to make sure swimming pool would be open they assured me it would be and that as we spoke it was getting cleared so no issues expected. Used pool for 45 minutes when checked in then it was closed today Friday asked about pool they said at 10 it would open it is not open with a sigh saying it is closed. They suggested going off property and paying $3 a person at a public pool. They stated it shouldn’t be too far. So now kids are bored had an emergency and had to book another day in hotel not knowing pool would be closed very disappointed and upset

There was rarely someone at the front desk, tho. However, the room had some maintenence issues. There was tiling in the bathroom that was very sloppily repaired; there was a big patch of peeled/missing paint on the walls; the interior of the closet was missing a panel or mirror or something. There was no hair dryer. I know the power outage was not your fault, but we did not get breakfast and that was a bummer.

Great value, no pet fee, super friendly

This place is really run down and dirty, not sure why there’s so many high reviews… my wife got bit by fleas

The property needs to be updated. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool was a very nice temperature. Good coffee 24/7. Staff was nice. Was quiet. Believe the breakfast could have a longer time before it closes, A little more variety at breakfast. The coffee pot in room needed cleaning.

Breakfast Shower gross and bed was very uncomfortable

This is our go to hotel every time we are going to Wyoming. The staff, rooms, breakfast and hotel in general are wonderful and clean!

Run down hotel, dirty and area doesn’t feel very safe

Breakfast was great. Parking easy. We stay here when we travel to Wyoming because we know we'll get a quality, consistent stay.
-
no problems except finding the driveway

One of the best hotel stays I have had in a long time. Comfy bed and pillows, an ac/heat unit that ran well and quietly, heated pool, nice breakfast, nice staff.

Nice updated or new hotel only down far was finding it as it’s located behind a gas station and you have to use their parking lot to access the hotel parking lot and there was no signage indicating the best western. Bed and rooms we comfortable. Breakfast was normal complimentary hotel breakfast. Never used pool, was hoping for a hot tub but there wasn’t one at this location.
