The service is good.

I booked this hotel because it had an airport shuttle. When we got to the hotel, I inquired about the shuttles for the next morning and they said I can take the 9 AM or 1 PM because all the other shuttles in the middle were already booked. They only run once an hour. I then needed to Uber and had a difficult time actually getting an Uber. If you are using this hotel because of the airport shuttle, I recommend booking the shuttle before arrival or not using them at all. Also, the handicap shower and bathroom smelled really bad maybe because of the drain in the floor? They seriously need to figure out the smell. Also, during our stay, they had this sign at the front desk saying they will be back in 10 minutes. That is not acceptable.

This is a pretty basic, simple motel. Only stayed here one night I had missed my connecting flight late that night. Great that hotel gives shuttles to o hare airport nearby. Only drawback is shuttles left earlier than the stated times early that morning. Thankfully was able to get onto another shuttle at 5 AM for a 7:30 AM flight. Could also improve on cleanliness and updating the property in general.

They are making themselves responsible for taking us back to airport with their shuttle

The room smelled and was a bit clammy. The carpet seemed a bit sticky. It was ok and got the job done.

Room was still being cleaned when I arrived around 10 PM. Unable to have the included breakfast due to a 5 AM pickup to the airport. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean, and I’d stay there again.

Very friendly staff. And the sheets were amazing. Comfy bed!

The shuttle is a nice amenity, and we’re thankful for it. Only 10 people can travel per hour, and it fills up fast.

The staff were very helpful. The van to and from the airport was convenient . The hotel was a convenient place to sleep for a night.

Dirty walls, holes in carpet & the smell was disgusting. Was in the room for 20 minutes before checking out and finding somewhere new to stay. Far too high priced for what it is.

I stayed there just 5-6 hours due to the late night flight arrival and I needed to depart early in the next morning so my stay was very short. I am glad that it was short. The hotel was not clean enough and I was not feeling comfortable.

They where nice and attended us good and we got their at 1:00 am everything went great

I was a little concerned when I saw the condition of the hallway carpet (badly stained), but my room was fine - hot shower, working TV, comfortable bed. Also included microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom was in decent shape. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, waffle maker, yogurt, muffins, juice.

I would not stay here again.

I know it's a old hotel but the staff was helpful. Cleaners were always working.
