El baño la ducha tenía oxido y las cortinas de la sala de estar estaban manchadas

They posted breakfast including when we checked in. They informed we got discounts rate therefore no breakfast. We haven’t seen that information when we booked. Besides only 1 elevator for the whole facility. The elevator is limited 2 persons or 1 family at a time. It took for ever to wait for elevator.
-
Worse experience ever, very dirty facilities and just one elevator working for a full capacity hotel is very risky to stay, what if there is an emergency?
-
lady at the front desk when we first came in to check in told me one of the elevator was broken and they were not going to fix it, waited almost 10 minutes every time trying to use the working one
-
For what I was charged, this was a terrible experience.
-
My overall experience was good but check in could have been a little more pleasant. As I was waiting in line to be checked in another guest was asking why the elevator was taking so long. The employee of the hotel replied that the was only one elevator working and the other elevator wasn't working and it wasn't going to be fixed because the hotel will be closing in July, instead of her apologizing for the inconvenience she said it in a very offensive manner which made everyone in line uncomfortable. This was my first time staying at this hotel and I dislike the fact that it will be closing.

Excellent location. Very comfortable beds. Overall. Very nice experience. In my opinion, the breakfast buffet is priced a little too high for what's offered, but other than that no complaints

Showed up to check in at 8 pm after a flight from Tx. Lady at the front stated they “overbooked” and didn’t have any clean rooms. She said it would be an hour or two before a room would be available. We waited in the parking lot for 2 hours to then be told it would be an additional 2-3 hours. After another hour of waiting, along with at least 10 other angry guests waiting for rooms, we cancelled and had to find somewhere else to go.

Unfortunately, everything else fell short. The elevator was extremely slow, it took over 10 minutes to arrive multiple times, and it kept skipping floors. At one point, I had no choice but to take the stairs because I couldn’t wait any longer. The mobile room key was another disappointment. It wasn’t sent until the day before checkout, and even after I received it, it still didn’t work. The bathroom also needs attention. There were multiple cracks in the shower tile that appeared to have been patched with caulk instead of being properly repaired. The bathroom vent was also covered in dust, making it seem like routine maintenance and cleaning had been overlooked. I was looking forward to celebrating his 30th birthday, but the overall experience was frustrating and did not meet my expectations. While the quiet location was a plus, the maintenance issues, unreliable elevator, and non-functioning mobile key overshadowed the stay. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

We stayed for a week and booked this hotel due to the status and pictures we saw online. It was. Bunch of full advertisement. Remaining stay due to the room set up having children in the pool. We did not get any house cleaning for at least the first three days we stayed. We do not have our bed Linens changed no extra towels in the room or our room cleaned or are the trash taken out . We took the kids to the pool. It was freezing cold. They were in less than a minute and were out and they were coughing for the next couple of days. They only have two elevators working in the whole entire hotel which one was out of order and come to find out the one that was out of order had been out of order for over three years. We would have to wait over 20 minutes sometimes just to get the elevator. It would be late to our son's soccer event that we were in town for. Where you would get the ice stunk like rotten fish or a dead animal. It was so bad you couldn't even get the ice. The management was rude in that compromisable. She was nowhere to be found. You never could talk to her. The little snack bar they had was never stalked. There was very little to choose from. Right when you would put on a new pair of socks within the bottom, your socks would be color due to the dirty floors. This by far was the worst Sheraton hotel that I've ever stayed at and I will never return! I do not know how this hotel is up and running. It should be shut down!!!!

i fear the pool could stand to be 10 degrees warmer, but that is literally my one and only complaint and i’d hardly call it that. we still used it and loved every second! ALSO THEY ARE PET FRIENDLY AND VERY ACCOMADATING TO YOUR PETS NEEDS. i have a senior dog that gets scared on certain types of elevators (he’s kind of just weird honestly) but they made sure we were right in front of a set of stairs that aren’t super high traffic so it made taking my dog out sooooo incredibly easy for us.

Clean comfortable quiet & great location
-
Staff was great, though.

The pics and the actual room are misleading

Drove for 3 hours.Just to get told that I would have to wait 30 hours!!! Because they are short-staffed and they had a party yesterday. Mind you, I called and No one's specified that I would have to wait that absurd amount of hours for my room , which was booked a month in advance.

Close to airport. Convenient parking right in front. Never had to circle around for parking. Room was clean. Very quiet. Water is steaming hot.

Clean rooms and clean property. The room itself is a nice size and very bright. The space is a little worn down but nothing too crazy. The staff was as nice as they could be given the situation. I guess they have some staffing issues which is causing rooms to not be ready by 3pm for check in. We arrive around 6:30pm and our room wasn’t ready and waited another hour before the room was ready. They did let us swim and gave us a free breakfast voucher because we were nice and understood. No need to be mean or rude in situations like this. The GM was cleaning the rooms himself. Just keep this in mind and maybe call the day of to see if you’re room is ready before arriving. I would stay again.

Overall, my stay was good and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The only issue I had was that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, which made the room warmer than expected. Aside from that, everything else was fine, and I appreciated the service and location.

Cleanliness is something I always look for in a hotel room and this lived up to all of my expectations. Everything was super clean and fresh looking.

The hotel is clean but very dated, broken tiles in the bathroom in our bedroom. The elevator did not work, but they did have a service elevator for guests to use.
