La Quinta Inn by Wyndham El Paso West

I ultimately decided not to stay because I did not feel comfortable with the condition of the room. The pool was out of service, the fire alarm in the room was not properly installed, and there were numerous signs of wear, including rust and stains throughout the room and bathroom. I understand that issues can happen, and I appreciate the staff's attempt to accommodate me with a different room. However, given the overall condition of the property and the safety concerns, I chose to return home instead of staying overnight. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

The rooms are not clean, and the cleaning staff neglected to clean our rooms during our five-day stay. To address this issue, you have two options: either ask the cleaning person to replace the dirty towels with clean ones or go to the reception and ensure you have the dirty towels with you, as the staff won’t replace them without them.

Big roaches on the room

Mi nombre es Ernesto Galindo y me hospedé en Quinta Hotel West El Paso el lunes 23 junio 2026 en habitación 335 Hago este reclamo por múltiples incumplimientos: *1. Publicidad engañosa y alberca clausurada* Reservé específicamente porque su página/Expedia promociona alberca. Al llegar el lunes me informaron que no abría los lunes. Hoy martes 24 junio la alberca fue clausurada por "faltas de higiene". Eso no se menciona en ningún lado antes de reservar. Me cobraron por un servicio que no recibí. *2. Condiciones deplorables del cuarto* El cuarto estaba sucio en su totalidad al hacer check-in. La cafetera no servía y los enchufes de luz no funcionaban, así que no pude cargar mis celulares. *3. Falta de servicio de limpieza* Al día siguiente no limpiaron el cuarto ni repusieron shampoo. Tuve que comprarlo yo mismo. *4. Cobro extra injustificado* La reserva era para 2 personas, pero yo llegué solo. Aun así me cobraron un cargo extra en la propiedad sin explicación, lo cual considero injusto. *5. Cancelación complicada* Al ver las condiciones quise cancelar al llegar, pero Expedia puso trabas y el proceso fue caro y complicad

The room was not well kept. The Lock in the door did not work. There was no ice in the hotel. There were missing towels for all guest. The pillows on the beds were not good. The freezer in the room fridge was full of ice. The breakfast was warm and not good. Everything needs a renovation.

Look, I've stayed here 30+ times, this room was the old style with carpet, table, it was in good condition and on the ground floor, I have bionic knees. The air conditioner filter was dirty left side, I cleaned it, the other side the filter was missing, it strained in the afternoon, it's hot on the west side, I think the side without filter was plugged, didn't feel air blowing, it worked okay at night.

Breakfast was good and nice and hot food good coffee and good choice of food. The staff was great! However, our room and stay was not what we were expecting better from La Quinta .

NOPE. The one positive thing I can share is, the staff was very friendly. The property needs some serious attention. I stayed here based on the proximity to my conference venue. Never again. The property is nasty.

The air conditioning was poor, plumbing didn’t work properly. We had to go buy a fan and coffee!

Not bad for a budget place. Always nice to see kids in the pool.

Exceptional

It was horrible!! Too much mold, the tub didn't drain! At breakfasts no eggs, fairly warm sausage and coffee, the pool was not working! No ice!

Disappointing

I like the location because it’s convenient, Walmart is walking distance. The rooms are dirty, so much dog hair on the carpet and in the room corners. The shower floor was lifting when you stepped on it, our microwave did not work, the hairdryer did not work. It was just not what we expected. So many people that were loud at all times. I truly wish I would have booked at a different hotel.
