Americas Best Value Inn East Peoria

No one was at front desk. We’re 3 different parties waiting. 1 went and searched and found him. Room was very damp. Breakfast was Cheerios and a couple hard boiled eggs and almost empty coffee pot. Front desk guy was on his phone at a table when I wanted to check out. He just said leave keys and you’re ok. Would not recommend this place!

This room defied my expectations. At first I thought it was in a more run down part of town, but pulling up it was right next to a shopping center. The room was nicer than expected and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The hallways were not that clean and one of the outside doors was covered in these disgusting mayflies. The Continental Breakfast was lacking, with only some cereal and breakfast bars. I couldn't figure out how to change the channel on the TV and it only pars Cars 1, but I wasn't complaining. Overall, better than expected and I would probably stay again.

The room was clean and the bed was fine. The interior hallway carpeting was in serious need of cleaning. It had multiple stains. All in all it was a good value. I would stay there again.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was disappointing. Only had cereal, old bananas, a few pastries, orange juice, and coffee.

Hallway was dirty bed was wore out and a big dip in the middle. People were making noise all night and you could hear people walking around above us

Toilet seat was loose and not the right size ac was week

My wife and I stayed here for a quick overnight trip. While we didn't require anything fancy, we were disappointed by a few missing conveniences: there were no tissues provided in the room, the bathroom vanity was quite small, and there was only one chair available. We managed to make do with what we had, but the room lacked basic functional comforts. Thank you.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful. The room we booked had a leak .it happens... they promptly moved us to another room.

Vacuuming after 1 am.

Got woke up at 1:30 am to vacuuming running and foot steps stomping upstairs above us.

Sub-par. You can only pull in from one direction. Large hole in ceiling near our room with large bucket and stained molding rug underneath. Room small and beds uncomfortable. We were there 2 nights and never got maid service. Even our dog didn’t like it. She wouldn’t sleep at night. She would only sleep in the car during the day when we took her out for the day. No amenities-not even a hair dryer. Couldn’t get the TV to turn off or change stations.

Front Lobby nice and clean, Rest of property quite sketchy. No upkeep. Pictures are much nicer then actual property.
