Every shift at this hotel was amazing. They made sure we was OK. Answer our questions politely and we’re just amazing personalities to be around. Including management.

We were from out of town didn’t arrive to the hotel until Tuesday morning. On Friday morning I received a call from the Gm Kim telling me she was putting my family out due to the smell of smoke in the room that’s been coming from the second floor since Monday. I assured her we didnt smoke in the room that wasn’t our floor and we didn’t arrive until Tuesday. The way this women was speaking to me as a customer was disrespectful and uncalled for and If that was the case why are you waiting until Friday to address the situation. Long story short the situation wasn’t managed properly. She was trying to charge me 250 cleaning fee I explained absolutely not, not for something we didn’t do. We could leave the hotel not a problem. My mother said the cleaning ladies were very rude pushing by her to get into the room as she was trying to exist the room. Shoving towels at my mom just disrespectful. We still tipped and was kind to all parties. Monday was check out and the first time we are eating breakfast there and the milk was sour, the juice was sour and warm coming out the machine. When staff was made aware she came out took the milk and didn’t replace for anyone to eat or drink anything containing milk. A rough weekend I don’t recommend staying here.

The staff were Excellent--and tipped. 1. Dogs everywhere. Couldn't get down hallways or into elevator due to people with Pitbulls and other large dogs on 3 foot lashes. 2. Sink and Shower had rusty water. Toilet had to flush twice because it only worked every other time. 3. Sofa had a rip.

It was clean, staff was friendly, very comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

Sería muy bueno que cuando se tratara de un Hotel que no va a ser las habitaciones diario, lo pusieran antes de qué uno haga la reservación como parte de lo que ofrece el Hotel porque fue horrible tener que estar tratando con un personal bastante desatento para que nos hicieran la habitación, la cual no hacían si no se los pedía a uno la dejaban sin hacer.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The room was only cleaned once; despite our requests. Room cards fail multiple times and had to replace several times. The cards could not access the exercise room. When we checked in, we recognized that the charge was higher than our reservation. After we raised the issue to the staff, they (more than one staff) told us that the differences or overpayment will back to our credit card after we check-out. But when we checked out, the staff only refunded part of the differences. We still paid more than our reservation. At the check-out, the staff told us a different reason for the overpayment and insist nothing they can do about the overpayment. Though we are generally happy with the facility, the staff at this hotel was not helpful at all. We could not get them to clean our room. And we were told different stories on our overpayment. We doNOT recommend this hotel. And we will share our experiences on travel websites. See above.

The rooms in this hotel are in desperate need of renovation, walls and corners in bathrooms were unclean, carpet and sofa unpleasant. Bed linens were good and the location was perfect for our trip so we continued with our stay, plus the front desk staff were awesome.

We were in room 336. Dry large 1 bedroom but the room smelled musty and urine, gross smell every time we entered, breakfast as ok, barely had any fruit and would put out 1 pint of blueberries and say they were out, could have been much better

This place was terrible!!! Manager Kim b sold my room for an uncharge and canceled my reservation last minute on graduation weekend leaving my husband and four children stranded. Their customer service was unprofessional and inconsistent. I was lied to that I canceled the room when that never occurred. Do not stay in a place where they do not value your business.

The bathrooms in this hotel need a very thorough cleaning. Scrubbing, bleaching etc. It made me wonder how truly clean everything else was. The breakfast though was very good and the food area looked clean. The rooms were large and the location just of I 40 between chapel hill and Durham was very convenient.
