Good experience in this hotel!

Nice,quiet and clean. They always have a great breakfast too.

The breakfast didn’t particularly appeal to me. It consisted of basic scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage, along with a few different muffins and cereal. If you’re looking for toast and bagels, this isn’t the right hotel for you. However, if you’re on a family vacation and don’t want to pay for your first meal of the day, I think it’ll work just fine.

Room very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No trouble with parking. My husband got the 6am bag breakfast because I was schedule for surgery and couldn’t eat. He was pleased with the offering which was available early since we had to be at hospital by 630am.

I had read reviews from visitors this week. That mentioned that the parking cost $10 a night, but that was not the case when I was there. Maybe that was a temporary attempt to rip people off. When I checked in the clerk was very friendly and nice and I did not see any sign about the parking cost. It was free. Which is how it should be since the hotel is located on the outskirts of Durham next to a dead shopping mall.

Was lied to about the rate. When I made to reservation the rate was $179. When I checked out it was $196 and did not have incidentals. Questioned the representative and she had no idea how to correct and absolutely did not care to correct. Furthermore she informed me I would need to obtain my receipt from Experian. After I challenged her she mysteriously emailed the receipt. Stayed at this property 3 or 4 weeks ago with absolutely no problems. My daughter moved to the area 6 months ago and we thought we found the perfect hotel. It’s not about the money it’s that someone lied. I spent fifteen years in the hotel industry and our policy was too make the guest happy. Apparently this property does not know how. Will not return.

The breakfast times were great. I love warm cookies. I like the cut off time for closing the main doors at night for security. I like the location close to highway. Did not like the COLD WATER pool. It was FREEZING and I was not able to enjoy the pool during the 107 degree temperatures.

Breakfast had good waffles. Shower was amazing. Frasier was on the TV. Not the hotel's fault though.

Large very clean room and the mattress so delightful.

Good location and friendly environment. A couple of crumbs on the carpet in the room.

The room was very clean and the staff was amazing. I would stay here again.

One of the best breakfast I have seen in a hotel. Very clean and stuff where great.

Was the perfect place to stay for visiting the research triangle. Clean, decent gym, and a helpful staff. And, if you timed things right, fresh cookies in the afternoon.

It’s only about 10 mins away from NCCU You have to pay for parking

Clean room, friendly & helpful staff, standard breakfast, and on site parking included: 5/5 no complaints. Night time noise levels were barely tolerable (my only complaint), but that's through no fault of the hotel & staff.
